Waited almost 40 minutes for a chicken teriyaki bowl and shrimp dippers. 8 people who ordered after us received their food before us. I get being busy, but organize your tickets better.

I’ve been here multiple times. I usually get their shrimp. But this time I order their steak and salmon. After all these years this place has remained one of the best. Their boxed water is refreshing after a night of having fun at Eastside or the square area. Their prices are reasonable and everything from the proteins, veggies, and rice has been amazing. The staff has been friendly, as well.

Customer service was great but I’m so disappointed in the quality for the price. When Saucy hibachi was in the food truck I was in love and got my moneys worth. Now I go to the building get an entree I only ate 1 mushroom and a hard pierce of zucchini before taking the picture . It is a rip off I was better off getting just a bowl. But that is not all to switch to hibachi rice is a $3 up charge. I could have stuck with the plain rice because the food is so salty it would have seasoned the rice. Then .65 cent extra for soy sauce like come on yall are already VERY expensive do you really have to charge a 28$ meal for a sauce. Meat is tender but chewy very disappointed to have spent 58$ on two hibachi steak entrees

Been here a few times; the Cashier is very nice and always gets my order right. The wait time is sometimes long, but it’s especially long after everyone is leaving the bars, so that’s understandable. If you go before all the after-bar-goers get there, your wait will be minimal.
The hibachi rice is soooo good, especially with the creamy white sauce. Shrimp dippers are also amazing. Wagyu is good, but the price is a little much. Overall, a great spot, the Cashier with the beard and manbun is very nice, so if he’s there, he will get you right.

Food is always great, I usually get chicken and shrimp entree with shrimp dippers.
Their timing is always off. I’m always having to wait awhile for my food. Tonight was the worst. I was asked if a 20 minute wait would be okay after I already paid; they said they ran out of rice. Ended up waiting 45 minutes. Wasn’t told sorry for the wait either.
Very limited drink menu as well.

We savored every bite of the hibachi tofu fried rice, fish hibachi fried rice, and chicken hibachi rice we ordered for takeout. The flavors were superb and exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Bringing the food home to enjoy in the comfort of our own space was an added bonus, making for an overall wonderful experience. We enjoyed the meal so much that we will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

They forgot an entire entree on my order leaving one person in my family without food. When I asked for help, I didn’t get any. All they gave were excuses. I can’t drive because I was in an accident so I ordered online. This was a very inconvenient and disappointing experience at this restaurant. No plastic ware or napkins included either!

Customer service was terrible. There was no greeting but only a reluctant stare upon walking in. Had no interest in explaining the menu and had a short uninterested attitude. The food was extremely salty to the point of pruned lips. When we asked why the meat was like this, she said “yeah we’ve had trouble for a while with the marinade.” No other explanation nor apology. Do not recommend.

Usually, I have a great experience at this location, but my visit on Saturday was quite disappointing. My rice was hard as a rock, and my food was cold even though I had been waiting almost an hour. I was especially upset because I had spent over $20 and didn’t receive the extra shrimp I had purchased. I was so frustrated that I left without even bothering to complain. I think I’ll try the restaurant instead of the food truck in the future.

I had the crispy tofu and it left a lot to be desired. However they fry it, the majority of the tofu inside was fairly dried up and gone. Fully admit this is my first time having “crispy” tofu and not fried, so maybe its normal, and just not my preference. The hibachi rice was supposed to have egg in it, but it was nowhere to be found and very salty. And the poor vegetables didn’t fare much better. I was able to find parking on the same street, and it’s only a block away from the square which was nice. And the guy who took my order was friendly.
