Most of my pizza had huge holes in them with no toppings or sauce and the largest onions and peppers I’ve ever seen on pizza. Pizza was good but not worth the $40 hard earned money I used to get pizza delivered.

I had to give them something, but this is ridiculous my food was warm and not hot. Like warm till it was almost cold. On the website it stated that my food would be to me in 40 minutes. It took over an hour and a half. I couldn’t go to lunch because my food was so late.

This is $30.00 worth of pizza now? Do they even look to see that a quarter of one of the pizzas has no toppings before they cook, slice, box it up? Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in this. I ordered a Stuffed Crust pizza with extra black olives and an order of bacon cheese sticks. For the price I’m paying this has barely any olives and the cheese sticks barely have any bacon on them. Delivery was fine but seriously PJ’s GET IT TOGETHER! Your prices are high. Your pizza isn’t great (I’d say even Little Caesars outdoes you). When you ask for extra and pay for extra you don’t get extra. What gives? Honestly I’d like to see Papa John’s finally kick the bucket but I realize there are good people in these stores who need their job.

Pizza was burnt and dry. Call to get my money back some lady answered the phone every rudely and said why didn’t I call baxk when the pizza was given to me and ask did I want my pizza re made. Proceeded to catch a attitude and asked me if I wanted my receipt and my money back, I said yes and she said I will make that happen and hung up in my face while talking. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. And my breadsticks were burnt and dry and not fresh at all!!! My delivery was really nice. She should leave that horrible working establishment.

Just got our order and the marinara sauce has mold on it. I attempted to call the store but when you ‘press 5 to speak with a manager’ it auto hangs up. Just wanted to bring the moldy food to their attention, guess this is how I’ll do it.

Ordered an hour in advance of when we wanted it – they didn’t provide a tracker by text or email or account. They called 40 minutes after it was due to say Door Dash had a problem and they were sending out some remade ones. (Call was polite).
Choosing to use a notoriously unreliable service like Door Dash is on the store/company and so they get the low rating for it.
