I placed a pick up order for a BDs all american burger well done. This came with fries and I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The burger, as you can see in the picture was far from “well done” the fries also tasted as though they had been sitting all day. This was a complete waste of money, as I had to throw the whole meal away. This was very disappointing. I have eaten here several times and never had this happen. The lemonade was the only good part of my entire order.

First and last time I’ll be coming here to Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar unfortunately.
All of the waitresses and hosts for the whole time we were here except our waitress Danny had absolutely no personality or smiles on their faces being shown whatsoever. It was like they all were not wanting to be there and some even were like brain dead whenever you tried getting their attention.
The bathrooms were unique but not exactly the cleanest with trash laying around and the floors being dirty. The atmosphere of the bar itself though was very nice and creative and clean.
The seating though was uncomfortable as it was wide and pretty far back from the table when you fully sit back to relax. I had to sit up hunched over against the table to actually reach everything on the table and it was very uncomfortable and left my back and neck hurting a bit. The seating in the booths also had some cracking which rubs up on your thighs causing itching and a slight stinging pain so ladies and gentlemen I’d be aware if your wearing shorts or a skirt!
The original seating we were given was super wobbly and about to completely break off from the table as something was wrong with it. You could literally spin the table.
The food didn’t really impress me being that it’s quality made and you pay for it. The mozzarella was chewy like rubber almost and hardened very fast making it a choking hazard. We asked for our burgers medium rare and they gave us well done. It was greasy and had no flavor, the toppings honestly gave it all the flavor. The french fries were super good though and I have to give them props for adding a lot of mushrooms to the burger and giving a good variety of sauce choices on your plate. We felt a bit sick after eating due to the grease.
Our waitress Danny is a must if you come here! She’s super nice and has good humor and she’s very bubbly. The manager Jen was pretty nice too checking up on tables.
I won’t be coming here again but it was worth a shot for a first time!

Came with the family, the server was excellent. The place has a relaxed and family friendly atmosphere, and loud music. We had two margaritas which were delicious and strong. We all had different burgers that we ordered medium rare, all three were well done, but they still tasted alright. Fries weren’t good but tater tots were great. The dipping sauces were delicious. Again, the service was great!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place! In my search for the perfect burger, they placed pretty high on the bar! We were surrounded by mugshots, vintage memorabilia, and great music. The wait staff was super nice. Ebaline was our waitress and she was excellent! The appetizers and burgers were amazing! There are so many burgers to pick from! They even have turkey and chicken if you don’t eat red meat.

The location is convenient. The atmosphere is real nice. You have different TVs to watch different sports events on. It’s a nice vibe. The server was OK. We didn’t get refills on our drinks. Our appetizer came out cold. The food was basic and OK was not what we expected.

Service and atmosphere were good. We had a 15min wait because it was super packed but thats ok. We did end up moving because we were at the door and it was entirely too many people and extremely cold. However, the burger is built was absolutely AMAZING!! I would definitely eat there again!! I only ask that I get fresh fries, not the bottom of the basket pieces. Overall good 1st experience!!

Edit: revisited 5/4: We were invited back by the GM Jennifer. I must say that today was a complete 360. Our server Kim, was everything. She was very attentive and patient. Good job today seriously. The food was very flavorful and presented well. These are the types of experiences I like to share. See pictures of what we had today.

To add to the disappointment, instead of the Sprite I requested, they brought me a Starry drink. It was absolutely unpleasant! The Bad Daddy’s Philly sandwich tasted like a chilled cheeseburger, and even the sweet tea lacked sweetness. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to or recommending this particular location.

Enjoyed the food today, the Parmesan truffle fries are excellent, the best I’ve had anywhere, the smash burger was very good, cooked exactly like I ordered!

It was the time there and I was pleased with the food. Our waitress was great, friendly and attentive. It was really busy. It was Sunday early afternoon.
The atmosphere though was very loud. It made me a bit anxious. This location is a bit shabby. I understand with the volume they get. All in all, I would return there.

I went here with my pops, the food was honestly okay, nothing too special.
I asked for my burger to have no pink in the meat. What did I get? pink in the meat, im sorry, but i have a very weak stomach when it comes to meat. If my meat isn’t overcooked by a little, it makes me very sick and nauseous. Because this was a new place, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. There were a lot of people wating and inside, so I said whatever I’m gonna bite my tongue and leave it alone.
the shakes were okay. They weren’t necessarily special, but they tasted good, I just wish they offered more flavors than mainly peanut butter shakes.
The size of the burgers was good. They had very limited flavor, and the meat wasn’t very flavorful, which was a bummer. The fries are very soft, so if you’re looking for crunchy fries, this is not your place. The appetizer, the fried mozzarella medallions, was not one of the best ones I ever tatse. it was lacking in flavor heavily, and the marinara sauce wasn’t complementing it at all. If you do get it, get it with ranch, and tatse so much better. The fried pickles were good but overly salty, had to drench it in ranch so the salt wasn’t all in my face.
overall, the place looked nice, was clean, but i will point out that one of the male bartenders has a very bad habit in my opinion of not washing his hands, cleaning sweat off of his face and head eith his hands and making drinks right after, taking a trashcan to the back and not washing his hands, touching literally anything and not washing his hands. Gave me the ick, honestly.
I didn’t see much accommodation for anyone who may be handicapped, The spaces between seats are very narrow, especially when it’s packed, so honestly, good luck getting through.
