Ordered and as video shows the bread was hard as a rock! Almost broke my teeth biting into it. Was not toasted, was just stale. Called and was told would be redone and delivered. The second one that came 30 minutes after I called was good.

To “SPECIFICALLY” the Jimmy John’s LOCATED AT – 1910 Victory Dr, Liberty, MO 64068 I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to the incredible team at this Liberty location! I stop by often, especially for my evening lunch break right before closing, and the speed, quality, and friendliness are consistently top-tier. Specifically, I need to recognize Morgan, Ariana, and Lauren. Every time I’m in, they make the experience fantastic. Even when they’re cleaning up at the end of the night, the place is beautifully kept, and its cleanliness is amazing all the time. They still make me the most fresh, awesome sandwich without any complaint. They are truly amazing hard working friendly ans especially positive ladies! Five stars!

Not a fan of who seems to bethe manager. Have had a few issues with the app not sending in my order but taking money out of my account. Even after showing her I have paid she has given me attitude. And I’m 99% she told the worker to make my sandwich with old bread.
Went in today after not going for a while and it was the same vibe. I didn’t pay in the app so when I got there and told the guy at the counter i had a pickup order and tried to pay he just stared at me with annoyance then told me to go wait THEN had the audacity to call me out in a lobby full of people asking me to pay for my food.

Okay – we have been stopping at this place every time we drive from Springfield to Desmoines.
I tried to leave feedback back at the website 3 TIMES – and kept getting error messages.

Im the only customer in there and with 3 people behind the counter – I could NOT believe how long it took to make 2 sandwiches.
I paid $2 extra – CHECK OUT THE CHECK NUMBER for bacon on my wife’s Turkey sandwich. We get in the car and are driving off – and NO BACON – PLEASE SEE PICTURES.
I have not made the effort to leave feedback 3 times for this to be a made up story.
We will figure something else out for meals when we make this drive next time.

They delivered my order with a soda not full and no straw. He actually said “Do you really need a straw?” Then as I’m eating the sandwich (Sandwich looked good) I bite into 2 rock hard chunks of bone. I shouldn’t be stabbing myself in the gums to bite into a sandwich. Freaky fast, freaky terrible.
Edit: Spoke with the manager he acted like he didnt care.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager is HORRIBLE!!! SO RUDE!!!!! We placed a $200+ order for a big work lunch, you would think the manager would be more understanding and friendly. She should be let go asap for her attitude.

Had a coworker grab my sandwich for me. They totally messed up my order. How does an unwich end up with bread?!? Told me I could come pick up a new one because they can’t deliver it. It’s a mistake they made so they should deliver it. Plus its not even the right sandwich. What a freakin disappointment.

The delivery was 2 hours late. They dropped my delivery 6 houses away and they kept telling me they are short staffed. Wrong, you’ve hired incompetent people who can’t deliver on time, with accuracy, and own their mistake.
They’ve remade my 3 sandwiches and are “expediting my replacement order”. I placed the order at 12:08 and it’s 2:00, still no food.
Absolutely devasting because I do love JJ’s. But I think I’m done spending my money at this establishment.

This small Jimmy John is in a tiny strip mall with other restaurants right by it. It has no drive thru. It is a congested area with very little parking and much of that is reserved for other businesses. There is not much of a dining area I side so I got my meal to go. The person who took my order was not rude per se but also not friendly by any means. It was just a blah experience and not worth the hassle of having to find parking and go inside.
