Ordering out on Valentine’s was phenomenal. A Monday night is quite different, unfortunately. I ordered our meals, salads, extra dressing and a bottle of Reisling to celebrate my birthday night. At curbside, the Reisling wasn’t brought to us, so my husband had to go inside to retrieve it. When we got home, the salad had pieces of old, rotting lettuce scattered throughout, a slice of onion that was overripe and looked disgusting. We also didn’t receive the extra dressing I requested. I chose Olive Garden for my birthday dinner tonight, and so far I am disappointed. We haven’t even gotten to the entrée yet, and I am nervous. Also, I observed that the gentleman in the car beside us, waiting for pick up, seemed to be upset. He then stormed into the restaurant, then sped his car out of the parking lot before we even received our order. Staff needs to be monitored more closely, on Monday nights I suppose. How overall disappointing. I could have come home from work and cooked a better birthday meal myself, and also saved the money.

This afternoon, we stooped by at this Olive Garden location.
Our server, Jazzmyne W., provided exceptional service. However, I regret to inform you that the same can not be said for the manager on duty.
I observed her passing our table twice. After paying, she did not inquire about the quality of our meal.
Our food, as usual, was good from the soup, bread sticks, and my entree.
Well, hey, there is always the on in Cape Coral. I can go and feel appreciated..

I was with a large group. I ordered the endless soup and salad. After finishing my first bowl of soup, I waited over 5 minutes before the waitress appeared. I had to speak to her to get her attention and get me a second bowl. There were several in the group that did not receive their entrees till everyone else had finished. I certainly cannot recommend ordering the endless soup and salad if you’re in a large group, and I am not sure I can recommend it if you order anything else either. The food was fine and the people were polite.

I believe the restaurant doesn’t need many employees; it needs employees who want to work and good management. In recent months, I’ve dedicated part of my time to Uber Eats deliveries, and yesterday, Sunday, November 30th (according to the Uber Eats app, it was 3:58 pm), I went to pick up an order for a customer. When I arrived, all the parking spaces were occupied, even those assigned to delivery cars. I indicated via the app (the method used at this restaurant) that I would be parked at the door and waited several minutes. After waiting there for a while, I went into the restaurant and found not one, not two, not three employees, but no less than six at the reception desk, chatting animatedly and laughing. These employees included: the first two who offered me a table for dinner, two who were behind the reception desk, including a somewhat overweight woman and a short man, and behind these two, more people, including an African American. However, what caught my attention the most was that the bag of prepared food I was going to pick up was sitting next to them on a counter, and they hadn’t even tried to hand it to me. I didn’t check if there were cameras there, but if they exist, the situation at that moment should be clear. I get the impression that perhaps online customers don’t complain when they receive their food late and cold! If the employees here don’t want to work, I don’t mind getting out and picking up the order myself. I do it in most restaurants. The important thing is not to waste time and to provide good service to customers.

First time we have been back in some time. Just how we remembered it. It’s hard to beat the soup or salad and bread sticks along with your meal. When they come with the main courses and top them tableside with more cheese, nothing is more pleasing and delicious!

We also went last night. We were also asked to take a booth by the bar. We declined and were offered a table instead.One of the only negatives of the night . Place was half full but we got a great server, Melissa. Highly recommend you ask for her if you go there as she was phenomenal. They were out of croutons, things happen, not a deal breaker especially since we had such awesome service. Food was hot and fresh and came out quickly. I think a server makes all the difference in the dining experience. We were just happy to get dinner “ in season “ without waiting. Not sure why they didn’t want to initially offer a table when the restaurant was not busy and there were already people dining in the area. I would also add employees near the kitchen were being loud enough for diners to hear….

We were seated and just left. We sat for about 7-8 minutes and Melissa stopped and asked if our server had got our drink order yet. We politely told her no. Melissa changed the game for us in this moment. She took our drink order and our food order. She was unsure if she would be able to take our table but got our order started. She apologized! Returning a few minutes later with her fun and spunky personality with food and drinks in hand! My mother ordered a soup and salad. Melissa said that she didn’t bring the soup yet so it could come with the food unless she would like it now. It was nice to have that option instead of being told or left to wonder. The food came out Melissa continued to check on us. She just did such an amazing job providing amazing service and conversation. The food looked amazing, and was hot, drinks were beautifully displayed, Melissa gave us a fun experience. Then when ordering a Togo order it was not until we got home and realized how much thought Melissa put into carefully preparing our Togo bag to provide everything we needed and to keep the hot and cold separated, this was so kind and we noticed how carefully packed it was. We could not thank Melissa enough for the wonderful Olive Garden experience. Olive Garden is lucky to have such a wonderful and bubbly employee like Melissa. Thank you

Our server was Molly, super super sweet lady and honestly completely made our experience that much better. This was my first time at Olive garden and she was wonderful and patient and had such a sweet and caring vibe about her. She was on top of everything, best server I’ve ever had!
