Lakin is an exception server. She was attentive and provided service with a smile. She gave excellent recommendations regarding appetizers and wing flavors which was extremely impressive especially after learning she was a vegetarian! 10/10 highly recommended.

The tacos and margaritas are fantastic! And if you don’t care how long it takes to get them(or if they come at all), then you will like it. We gave this place 5 tries because the food was so good, but every time the service has been incredibly slow, at some point each time we had to physically track down our server. We have been there at really busy times and slower times, and that doesn’t improve the service. Cute place and great food, if they ever figure out the service aspect, we might return.

The female short hair bartender there is by far one of the worst bartender/restaurant staff. Sat down at the bar. Took her 5 mins to hand us menus. Waited another 10 mins before we decided to get up and leave. 15 min at the bar and not even a drink order taken. Not a single greeting from her. This is the 3rd time this has happen with her. It’s to the point that we have to peak our heads into the door to see if she’s there or not. And if she is we turn tail to another spot. To make matters worse other friends and family also do this due to how horrible she is.

I got ten bone in wings to go and they are definitely better to get in person. By the time I got home the wings were kind of soggy. I don’t recommend getting the wings to go. They were still enjoyable but could have been better. Some of the chicken was kind of chewy and over cooked slightly.

First time going to try this place last night after a soccer game. I got the jalapeño margarita it was SPICY but good! Would I do it again? probably not it was too spicy for my liking but it was good. So if your someone that doesn’t like spicy do not get it. The queso was really good. Everyone enjoyed their food no complaints what so ever and the services was good. We really like the restaurants atmosphere we will be definitely going back.

Brought the family for lunch because they have outdoor seating (ca. covid-years). There is a string of about 10 tables on the side of the building that are quite comfortable when in the shade. The camarones, and barbacoa tacos were acceptably good. The Al Pastor taco was the best. It all could have been a bit spicier, for my tastes, but some spicy salsa can solve that easily enough. The kids enjoyed their meals (plain tacos, quesadillas), and the chips/salsa were good. I will come back here again (and be sure to try the tequila flight, which I regrettably declined this time).

Ordered delivery. Wings were fine, but not worth price. Chewy and overcooked. Salad was smaller than expected, but main issue is that a good amount of the lettuce was either spoiled or on verge of spoiling. They shouldn’t have sent that out. Had to toss salad. A one and done for us.

Consistently delicious, always very quick to bring out food. The staff is nice, the manager always comes by to say hello and check on things. My only complaint is sitting near the entrance is very chilly this time of year, I wish they would get a pop up vestibule to keep the cold air out.

I really enjoy supporting local restaurants and want them to succeed, but my recent experiences at Velocity Wings have left me disappointed.
Today was meant to be a special treat—I let my daughters handle lunch on their own to give them a bit of independence. My youngest ordered a medium-well burger, but it arrived very undercooked. She took a few bites before realizing something was wrong, and, being a kid, tried to cover it up with fries so the waiter wouldn’t see she didn’t like it. When I checked in, I saw the burger was indeed undercooked, and the fries were greasy and soggy.
When the bill came, I politely asked the waiter if they could consider comping the $20 meal, given the quality issue. I suggested it would be the right thing to do, but after speaking with the manager, they declined.
After dining here multiple times, I had hoped for a better response. I just wish we had more reliable quality in both food and service.

Great place for a wide variety of delicious tacos (among other staples). Drinks are delicious and many different options of margaritas! When my wife couldnt decide which one to order, the bartender made a recommendation for a hybrid which was fantastic. Service is fast and always friendly. We have been here several times and will continue to stop in whenever we can.
