The food reminded me of what we could get 30+ years ago in the UK. It was all of a high standard and tasted great save the free poppadum whick was a type I am not keen on.
Staff were great, it was outdoor seating full of Spanish customers who were in good form and full of energy.
The prices were cheaper than in UK too.
I would happily go again.
highly recommended if you are loking to have some test of indian spaices.
The roti was a bit oily (I like it dryer) but each chef makes their own recipe. The butter paneer had a lovely tomato sauce, almond butter and fresh cream. I like it, the cheese though was not my favourite. I think I’ll have it with the chicken next time.
The vibe here is warm and unpretentious, staff greet you with genuine smiles and make you feel like part of the family. It’s casual but inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable dive into Indian flavors.
Let’s start with a crowd favorite: the Chicken Tikka Masala. It’s a perfect introduction, balancing sweet and savory with just the right kick of Indian spices. The rich, creamy sauce is a decadent blend of coconut, nuts, and cream that elevates this classic to a whole new level. It’s comfort food at its finest.
Once you’ve whet your appetite, move on to the Lamb Bhuna. This dish is for those who love something hearty and robust. The Bhuna sauce is spiced to perfection and clings to tender chunks of lamb that practically melt in your mouth. Add the caramelized notes of onions, peppers, and ginger, and you’ve got a dish that feels both bold and satisfying.
For spice seekers, the Chicken Madras is a must-try. The heat is dialed up here, with a vibrant tomato base infused with garlic, onion, and peppers. It’s fiery without being overwhelming, offering a thrilling contrast to the creamier dishes.
Don’t forget to pair it all with a cheese naan, soft, pillowy, and just the right amount of cheesy. It’s the perfect companion for scooping up those rich sauces or enjoying on its own.
If you are up for a refreshing sweet dessert, the coconut and/or pistachio ice cream will swipe up the hard spices, so it can relieve any excentric aftertaste of the dishes.
The best part? The price point feels like a steal given the quality and care poured into every dish. If you’re in the mood for Indian comfort food that delivers on flavor and authenticity, this spot should be high on your list.
I’ve take my friend for small celebration and she loved all the serving,we must visit soon again with Filipino friends who loves a little spice in their tough
