I ordered a double quarter pounder and got no tomato on the burger instead 4 slices of pickles, its not a huge deal but thats why I ordered a deluxe and not regular, if you ever want to add a tomato to a burger its about a $1 more. Maybe they ran out or something but didn’t want to go wait in the drive through line again to argue about that at 3am.

The crew that works around 930 at night. So amazing! The cashier that works the order window is great! Polite, friendly and has a good sense of humor. She is always so nice. The staff when you pick up your food at the 2nd window is great as well. Staff here always confirms your order and always with smiles.

OMG! The food we received was absolutely delicious, amazing, fresh hot. The chicken nuggets were great and hot, the fries were fresh and hot and the McDouble was the best tasting hamburger I’ve ever had at McDonald’s! It was hot till the last bite. I hope that the next time I visit this location the food will be just as good!

The manager refused to be helpful or give his name had to call. He stated their name is Josh and then refused to start speaking English to anybody refuses to give his district name of manager or the number to contact them. They refuse to be helpful, courteous, or respectful, they refuse to take the reward points and McDonald’s expects us to be loyal when they can’t even be loyal to their customers in return or be kind, I would not come to the store if ever . Into Josh, if that is your real name, you should be fired because you have no respect for the customer and I will be contacting Melissa your district office.

The staff at this location is ALWAYS rude! Today has been one of the worst yet!
While I was waiting to be helped at the pick up counter I was taken aback by the girl at the register. I was offended for the man she was helping! I could not believe her attitude, demeanor and the snarl in her lip as she spoke to the customer with pure disgust! My intention was to mention to the manager that she probably wasn’t the best option for greeting customers first thing in the morning. I understand that people have things going on behind closed doors, we never know what someone is going through. So why force her to communicate with the public if she is struggling? However, before I even had the chance to speak to him, he warmly greeted me with “what?” No “good morning “ “welcome in”- nothing! Just WHAT. I replied I’m here to pick up for Victoria. My bag was tossed at me by said manager and the first friendly gal slammed my soda down and said “well-is this yours?” I commented to my daughter how rude the staff is and the girl began to throw her arms in the air and argue with my daughter! I have never seen her before so my guess is she’s new. This is absolutely ridiculous! From managers to crew members-rude-disrespectful-no work ethic and definitely no customer service skills!!
While writing this, another employee was sent to my table with my fries, when asked what the managers name was, he laughed and said “Juan”. Come to find out his name is actually ALEX and the girl is either Janel or Chanel. So, added to my other complaints- they are liars too!!

Wendy’s has a window that serves people not ordering with cars, and there’s a restaurant around the corner open 24/7. No, I shouldn’t need to arrive on a scooter, that’s silly. I live right next to here, we have a reasonable train system, and a chain already exists that makes no issue.

The service is always terrible, every time we go they always forget the sauce which we asked for at the drive through speaker, and when we receive our food they never say hi they just look at the screen inside and never make eye contact. And whenever we ask for sauce at the window because they never give it to us in the first place they always say we have to pay extra for them. They are never nice and always seems to be in a bad mood.

When coming to this McDonald’s dining to order you have to wait in line for 5-10 minutes before your acknowledgement then another 5 minutes before someone turns around to take order. This is for every single counter transaction. The next 3 patrons behind me experienced the same service. The manager on duty has been here for years, and he was also standing in back making inappropriate, and vulgar comments to his worker who was cleaning the ice cream machine.
