I ordered two jumbo drinks. When I got home half hour later I opened the bag to find that I got one jumbo and another smaller. I called three locations and it seems that this business doesn’t use phones. I don’t like paying for a product and not getting it. Lost money I suppose. Update: I told a nice lady there what happened and she gave me some jello shots and apologized. I appreciate that. Five stars now… Go there bro!

Ms Pacman/Galaga arcade, pool table, and juke box… for entertainment which I enjoyed. I called ahead of time to ask if they had A/C and was told yes. Got there and it wasn’t working. The guy was not very friendly at all. Later a lady came to work and was very friendly and advised us the air was not working but people were working on it at that time. She also explained to us about the jukebox special. I give them a 2 for her friendly customer service as we were getting ready to leave!

Waited outside the drive thru to order after 12:05. The older man inside gestured “no” to us from the inside and never approached the window. Why have business hours posted if you are not going to follow them!? Glad to spend our 30+ dollars at the Eastman location instead, they seemed happy to serve and take our money.
