This fault falls under Door Dash their partner delivery service. I had ordered pizza and bread sticks online and requested that it be hand delivered to me (because personally I don’t like my food being put on the ground). I was tracking my order and still nothing was outside my door. So I went to check again and found my pizza was on the ground with our neighbors dog eating the pizza. I immediately called the Pizza Hut store to make a complaint and thankfully they were able to make a whole new order free of charge. He also had their own delivery person deliver it. So dinner was saved thank you Pizza Hut for fixing door dash mistake

My recent Pizza Hut experience was a complete and utter disaster. I ordered a Super Supreme and received a pathetic, thin, barely-topped pizza. It was the most depressing excuse for a pizza I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t far from a $2.00 frozen Tony’s Pizza. When I complained, the employee just shrugged and offered to make another – exactly the same way. I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years and have never encountered such incompetence. The local owners, as they do with every negative review, asked me to email them. I did, twice. Unsurprisingly, I never heard back. It’s clearly just a PR stunt. So, thanks to this location’s terrible food and even worse customer service, I’m done with Pizza Hut. Check out the picture – it’s worth a thousand words. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Ordered specialty pizza and pizza sticks with marinara sauce with some wings (Buffalo). This place mad eour order to go and was not late, actually made our order quicker than expected. Great service and atmosphere, and the food was great also, I really enjoyed the pizza sticks with the sauce, which was my favorite.
Parking is limited due to being in a small plaza area other than that it was good for me.

We frequent this Pizza Hut location for carryout and they provide consistently good food and service within the time frame promised on the app after ordering. I love the convenience of ordering and paying on the app so that saves time and steps when picking up our order. The atmosphere is not applicable to us, as we walk in only long enough to retrieve our food and leave quickly. I’m also a fan of ordering from “deals” or using earned rewards to make it more affordable to our budget.

Pizza Hut needs more of their own delivery drivers, bad experiences with random door dashers that get LOST a mile from the store. 30 minutes after arrival time is not great.

We ordered a big dinner box for two pizzas, bread sticks and wings, as well as two 2-liters. Not sure why but the order was picked up by DoorDash even though I ordered from the Pizza Hut website which made the order take 30 minutes longer than the Delivery Time given. The Dasher showed up with the box but no drinks so we had to contact the store. The woman on the phone was helpful and polite but her manager was rude and didn’t care about the issue enough to make it a priority. I could hear him while she explained the situation and his attitude was basically, “deal with it”. The woman told me they’d send a driver out when available. Then, again I started getting notifications from DoorDash so they sent the drinks with another Dasher who also took over half an hour and got lost. The pizzas were both undercooked and doughy, I had to put them in the oven to finish cooking them.
