Been here 4 times in the past couple months at different times of the day/evening, 2-6 of us each visit. Last evening was the first and only time that we weren’t the only people there.
While the food is delicious when an actual menu item is served as described, the action service is lackluster and quite unacceptable. EVERY SINGLE TIME we’ve had to get up and get our own or ask for basics, utensils, soy sauce and other items, while the server is otherwise occupied eating or looking at her phone.
Last evening, we ordered Po Taek soup/stew. It was described as including shrimp (there were 4), scalloped (2), salmon (none), calamari (none). & mussels (2). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Very sad because generally the food is very tasty.
I cannot believe they are still in business.

We love No. One Thai Fusion! Every time we dine here, their food is exceptional and their service is friendly. The coconut chicken soup is a special favorite of ours. All their sauces are delicious. A hidden gem of a restaurant.

We have been to No. 1 Thai Fusion multiple times and are always greeted by excellent service and delicious food. There is never a wait and the food is served quickly. We really enjoy the large servings, fresh ingredients, and the atmosphere. Their gluten free options are clearly marked on their menu. We hope they stay around for a while and are forward to our next visit!

I love Thai food, so I was excited to try this place. The food was very good, it was prepared well, had great flavor and was presented well. The decor was very nice and had a good vibe inside. The only complaint was they only had 1 server and bus person for a Saturday afternoon, so they were a little slow. All considered, we will be back.

Really nice place. It took them forever to come and grab our order even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food was everything you would hope for.

I was very impressed with this new restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful, lively and good for a date or a group. The service was super prompt. I got the lunch special, for $11 it was worth it. Food presentation and portion size were perfect! And it all tasted delicious. I wish I had ordered the Mango sticky rice. The person at the table next to us got it, it looks great.

We discovered this place while traveling through on a trip to Boise and are so glad we did. Really fresh, great tasting Thai food. The freshness of the ingredients and care in preparation was great.

This place opened up and is close by so we decided to try it. There were some hits and misses. The sushi was just okay. The Tom Yum soup was fantastic, as was the vegetarian yellow curry. We ordered a dish that never came, which was a disappointment. Our cashew dish was ordered with tofu but was served with chicken instead. The pad thai was beautiful but fell flat when eating it. There was just something missing. The spicy levels were not overwhelming and we asked for more spice.
Update:
Came here again for lunch. The growing pains from opening have been figured out. The service is great, as is the food! The lunch combos are a good portion. The come with a salad, soup, main, and dessert for $11.99.

Went here with some friends to try a local Thai Restaurant. It was terrible! This location is huge, so many tables. It looked like there was a sushi bar as well. I couldn’t find sushi on the menu though, so maybe it’s only operating on certain days or times. All meals are served with a side salad with a peanut type dressing. This dressing was really good! I really liked this salad. One of my friends ordered the crab & cheese wantons & he really liked them. I ordered the Veggie Lo Mein. It was probably the best dish out of all of them. The sauce was very flavorful like normal Lo Mein noodles are. My sister ordered the Drunken Noodles, with a spice level of 4 out of 5. It was so terrible! It had zero spice level & just tasted like vegetable oil. It was so oily. She didn’t even end up eating this because it was so bad and flavorless. My friend ordered the Fried Rice & said the same thing about spice, there was zero spice in this dish, no flavoring, very bland. Other tables around us had a little spice tray that was brought out to them but we weren’t offered that. I’m not sure if we were supposed to add our own spice. Seemed very odd to have to do that though. Dishes were way overpriced for what they were. We definitely would not recommend this place.

The food here tasted decent. It was a little confusing because they did have a hostess seat us at a table, and take our order. But when you’re done eating you need to get up and take yourself to the counter in order to pay. That wasn’t really explained to us so it was kind of confusing. My wife and I both got sick after eating here. I don’t know if it was just our specific meals, general cooking practices, or just a fluke. Service is really slow.
