Disappointing experience due to poor customer service. It doesn’t matter if there is anyone in line or not, you have to wait and when someone finally acknowledges your presence, they appeared indifferent. Don’t expect a sorry when something is not right, because staff’s attitude is that the customer is wrong. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope management makes an effort to train their staff to be more attentive and customer-focused, because the current level of service does not reflect well on the hotel.
