Great decision. The bartender provided excellent service and made very good drinks. Despite how busy it was, everything moved smoothly.
A lively spot with solid service — definitely worth the stop.
The food was OK, but not at the level we’ve experienced before. The fried calamari appetizer was noticeably smaller than usual — more lemon than calamari. They also didn’t bring the bread (which is usually excellent), and that was never addressed.
Service was the biggest letdown. It was slow, inattentive, and felt indifferent throughout the evening. As frequent guests, we expected a different level of care.
The tiramisu — usually a must — was just average this time and had a slight food odor, as if it had been stored near other items in the refrigerator.
We genuinely hope this was just an off night and that the restaurant doesn’t continue to decline.
We had dinner with friends here after a show
On a Saturday night. The place was packed. We were early but the friendly hostesses seated us right away which we considered the best table, best harbor view. The atmosphere is energetic and sweeps you right in, the play list puts you right in the mood for a good time, the ambiance and interior is breathtaking at night. It’s Like you walk in to indoor outdoor garden, Terrazzo straight from Italy. We had the wine on tap, I always like Stemari wines. It’s Sicilian wine, the nerodavola is my favorite. I call it the underdog of wines.
We were starving after the show, my husband suggested to order pizza for appetizer. Ricotta cheese pizza. We devoured the whole thing in a minute. Our friends had chicken parmigiana, shrimp dish and I had the lamb chop, came perfectly cooked. The side dishes were insane. Charred broccolini and the squash. These two make a great vegan combo. The squash was roasted with a light chili sauce or it could have been hot honey. Not sure. But it was a squash steak !! Sooo good. We were so full, portions
are large, we had some take home boxes, but couldn’t resist to try the tiramisu. The best dessert to finish a meal. Why not? Fresh and creamy, melts in the mouth, just heavenly. As the night continues you see the party starting with beautiful people walking in. The outfits are crazy , and of course you also see all the fancy cars driving by which my husband and our friend loved watching.
All in all, love love this place, I highly recommend it for a fabulous night out in West Palm Beach.
The staff here is so kind and care about giving the best service! The atmosphere is so inviting and beautiful. This has become one of my favorite restaurants and we will definitely be coming back here for another delicious bite!
The location and atmosphere of Elisabetta’s are absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is spacious, beautifully designed, and you can even go upstairs to enjoy the rooftop area, which feels like a whole different spot. The service was attentive and made the experience very enjoyable.
As for the food, it was a bit average — one of the dishes we ordered was too salty, and overall the flavors didn’t quite match the amazing vibe of the place. That’s why I’d rate the food 3 stars, but the atmosphere and service definitely deserve 5. Overall, a solid 4-star experience thanks to the stunning setting and hospitality. ✨
Pro tip: make sure you make a reservation
Pro: Not a bad seat in the place (inside or outside)
Con: small bathrooms
