I ordered on the app and even cashed in my rewards but when i got to the store the door was locked and no one was inside when they were supposed to have opened 2 hrs prior. Everytime i go in there they are out of something someone wants on their sandwich. Do NOT recommend this location!

Doordash took over an hour due to all the employees hanging out in the bathroom for 30 minutes before even starting on the order. what was supposed to be a 35 minute wait and delivery turned into over an hour and a half

These people have voicemails that ring way too long. I am DISAPPOINTED and will be complaining to company management. Please do better for the next customer – I’ll be taking my business to Atlanta Subways, where service is stronger and they actually have voicemails!

Well, I hope the owner or corporate sees this. This subway gets swamped at times, so they definitely need another toaster please. It’s not the employees fault that they can’t work any faster. And this area has rude non patient costumers. I on the other hand don’t mind. But I have witnessed people being rude to the poor employees.
But please please give your employees the necessary tools to do a better job.

Staff was not present in store. When entering the gentlemen did not greet me or acknowledge that i was there and when he was walking out, he said to wait for the other employee to help me. Then proced to not wrap or cut my wrap shown in photo for my online order. Worst thing about it, they were not even busy as the store was completely empty! Very upsetting

12:30 on a Wednesday and they have NO bread cooked. Customers stacked up and the workers no bothering to tell customers they only had flatbread until you get to the counter. No one has enough forsight to have bread ready to go?

Went in to get lunch, no bread, only flatbread. 5 people standing behind the counter, and only 2 looked to be employees hanging out with friends, i guess. Was ignored and not acknowledged when entering. Finally, after 2 minutes of standing there with no other customers in the building, they tell me they only have flatbread. This place is a joke. What sub place doesn’t have bread for subs at lunch time and I know it wasn’t because they were to busy and sold out of it.

I really wish I could rate this at a no star. I’ve been waiting over an hour for an online order and it is not even busy. The staff take their time, are on their phones, and talk about things other than work. Very unprofessional!!! I will never come here again.

There was alot of people crouding around in the store… the one who were working are new hires and there wasn’t a person that knew what they was doing…. worse I have ever seen a subway be…. this is outrageous… maybe they can find new people to work in there
