We used to order pretty consistantly, but they got worse and worse. This time, i placed an order on November 29th, it arrived an hour and a half after the delivery time. I called the store tonask where my order was and the offered a free 12″ and 14 ” to be added to my account. Now, that was never added to my account at all AND theres nothing they can do? The service is honestly disappointing.

This place Always seems to mess up at least one pizza in an order! Last time we ordered delivery, one of the pizzas were gross. After paying for delivery fees, I had to get in my car because the manager said they didn’t know when they could send out a remake.. really?? Then when I get there, doesn’t offer to reimburse me back for the delivery fee since I had to drive all the way there…smh

The past 3 or 4 times I have ordered from this specific restaurant, my order is never ready. I show up when the pizzas supposed to be ready, and they haven’t even started on it yet. How does it take 30 minutes to make one pizza? Its not like you guys get a lot of business. Your parking lots always empty and your employees are never doing anything. I won’t be ordering from this papa johns anymore. Way too slow, get it together

Love the pizza. With some of their peppers on the side, Love it. It’s been a minute, but usually, I’d order me extra banana peppers on the side. For a little extra change to the bill. Usually, i do pickup, much cheaper, if you can ever consider Papa John’s cheap. Not hardly. But occasionally, I’ll treat myself and order delivery. It’s extra, but after a hard day of working, it’s worth it.

Do not like this location at all. I’ve lived in Jacksonville for 2 years and we order pizza often and this place has had delivery issues maybe 50% of the time. That is way too much for a popular business such as papa John’s. Also there have been many times my pizza comes undercooked. I am no longer ordering from here.

I was rather impressed with the speed of our order as it only took 10 minutes VS the 34 minutes expected. Staff were professional and helpful. Pizza was great. I’m giving 4 stars because only 1 of the two kiasks was able to pay out cash orders, while it took 10 minutes for this phone order to go through and their card was declined 3 times. That’s not the staffs fault and they were apologetic. Fix that and everything else is perfect.
