Got the philly meat was cold I even had it toasted. The sandwich maker was pleasant enough. He seemed new. He had to look up the sandwiches. To see what goes on them. He forgot some stuff but we reminded him. Nice guy. Only problem was the cold philly meat.

BEST experience at any Subway I’ve been to. KAT- Acknowledged me when I walked in while she was helping another customer. Happy to wait. She was friendly and ON IT with my 3 sandwich order. Accommodating with our weird children’s order and didn’t bat an eye. A delight to chat with and she got our orders perfect. Note- She doesn’t know we’re leaving a review. It was just that great of a visit.

I’m a traveling LED Sign Technician, my company takes great care of me, I’m able to eat wherever I choose when I’m on the road. This particular subway is the BEST SUBWAY WITHIN 300 miles!
Veggies are always fresh (spinach or lettuce never dark or wilted), bread is always fresh, the ladies on staff are always friendly and sweet!!!
My office is in Dothan, AL and the entire south is my beat for sign servicing & repair, doesn’t matter if I’m coming back from Pensacola or Destin or even Mobile, Al I always stop in and am never disappointed!!!

Placed an online order earlier and arrived 20 minutes after it was ready for pick up. I was told I didn’t place it at that location, but I did. Pulled bank statement up n showed the charge and location on the order. The two men, one named Stephen and the older one said there was no order placed. The older gentleman proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know how the bank charges work, but it will refund later ♀️ He proceeded to show me and my son the computer screen, which I can’t see without my glasses so I decided to just leave. Upon leaving my son told me the amount we were charged was on the screen. I therefore went back in and had him pull it up again to show him. He then says ohh yeahh and goes to the back and hands us our order. Unbelievable!!!!

Placed an online order. Arrived 10 minutes after it should’ve been done. Had to wait an extra 20, no biggie. I ordered during lunch hours so I’m not upset about that. I’m posting this review about the older gentleman who works there. While I was waiting on my sandwiches that should’ve been done 20 minutes ago, he takes it upon himself to provoke me and antagonize me about how upset I seemed at them. I never once even spoke to them while we were there as my husband did. To stand there and provoke me, and after I already get my keys to leave while my husband grabbed our food, then to take it upon yourself to go off on me after I was already leaving is ridiculous. As I said to you as me and my husband left, MIND YOUR OWN. Not everybody owes you a smile or conversation. This is the worst service I have ever had and hope you learned your lesson with the response I gave you because I would hate for this to happen to others.

Wonderful place! The people that work there are super nice and the guy that works there makes the best subs. The lady that works in there at the cash register is awesome. They are very professional. She bakes the best cookies.Very fresh. The veggies for the subs are fresh. This Subway is definitely going to be our go to sub shop! Thank you guys for being so awesome!

Online ordered at this location earlier, we came in 10 minutes after our order should have been finished and they were only just starting it when we walked in the door. proceeded to continue to make an order before ours. Continued to wait another 10-15 minutes for our sandwiches to be ready and then the male sandwich “artist” proceeded to question why my wife was “upset” when she was standing with a blank face waiting on our food? I told him that she was hungry and he continued to ask, my wife asked me tor the car keys and he continued to make comments about her being upset even with the other employee clear as day saying “she is just waiting” and having already been told that that she is HUNGRY, we get home and only two of four sandwiches are even warm because of how long they took to make the second sandwiches (the drive home is no more than 5 minutes.)

I would like to say that the 2 young women working here today were wonderful. They were polite, friendly and fast. It was busy but they were knocking them out of the park. Congrats ladies! I give you an A+. That was fastest service I’ve had, at what I consider, a fast food restaurant in a long long time. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes and was not acknowledged or even greeted.. there were 2 people working and neither were taking orders. Recommend going to the subway right across the street inside Walmart.
