$20+ for these. We wanted bone-in chicken wings but got the boneless instead. The chicken was just almost okay. Garlic Parmesan was bland while Sweet & Spicy wasn’t any near sweet and spicy. Quite disappointed! Next time I’ll try the next stall that sells chicken wings.

I luv Popeyes. That crisp crunchy Cajun spiced chicken skin crust. Mmmm. But not all Popeyes do it right. This location is in the San Francisco Premium Outlet (in Livermore, CA) is just all right. Not great, not bad.
The ordering is done all by a kiosk. No human person to ask questions or provide assistance. I bought my regular order of chicken wings but wanted them without sauce. At other locations, I am able to get them un-sauced, ordering via a human person. But not here since ordering is only done on the kiosk and unsauced wings are not an option. Ugh. So I to wipe off that weird gravy thick white sauce off. The food tasted like typical Popeyes. The food was prepared fairly quickly.

Got the whole order wrong, forgot large fries and honestly just ruined my whole meal. I even called beforehand to reiterate what I had ordered to ensure everything comes correctly and they still messed up. Very upsetting! Won’t be ordering again and will be sticking to Dublin location, more reliable.

On Google Maps it said it closed at 7PM. We got there at 6:30 PM and they told us they were closed an hour ago. Both the cashiers were rude, didn’t speak english and gave us dirty looks.

Really poor service! So bad we just left again. We tried ordering on their screens but it didn’t work. We tried for a long time to get help, and when finally one of the two employees finally responded, he left instead and didn’t come back until 5 minutes later. Instead of helping us, he just went about what he was doing before and ignored us.

They were very busy but the manager held his composure getting all orders and getting food out.
He was short staff but got the job done and his workers were very nice letting us know that our order is on the way and checking on us letting us know food is on our way.
