Something should be done about how these employees cook the food, nothing looks or tastes fresh at all its 11:45 am and i purchased a ten piece nuggets and a crispy chicken sandwhich they both look like they were fried more than once or basically cooked to a point where its dehydrated. They make sure they clear the drivethru they skip the part of the food quality. Either replace all employees, teach them how the food should look and taste or close this place down!!! Period. Ive added fotos of my dehydrated nuggets and chicken sandwhich. If you want a hot fresh cooked meal this is not the place!!!

We come here almost every week and at least two times a month we have a problem here something missing, something not dot done right we ordered two $5 meals and all we got was a McDouble and a mcchicken no nuggets no sauce and I believe the person who gave us the food was the MANAGER didn’t realize till we got home and they were already closed or we would’ve went back and got our nuggets we check the bag almost everytime and they sit there and look at us like we’re dumb but then the one time we don’t check it we’re missing two things of nuggets not to mention we ordered online once and when we got there, the drive-through was blocked off, so we decided to walk in with a doorDash driver and when we got in, we heard one of The workers say how did they get in here? The door is supposed to be locked and then when we told her we did an online order she tried to get us to refund it online and was pretty rude about it. If you work at McDonald’s, you should know you can’t refund things drive thru mobile orders we told her this she was acting as if she wasn’t going to give us our food or refund. then the manager walked around the corner and looked angry and just said to give us our food and we’re the last ones and then walked out the store in conclusion this McDonald’s is VERY unprofessional and just avoid it if you can and if you do make sure to check your bag!!! We’ve also gotten a completely raw hamburger from them too if your thinking about risking it!! I was eating while I was making this that’s why our burgers are basically gone lol

The lady who took my order and gave me my food was really nice but I was charged for Mac sauce on my cheeseburger and did not receive any. Both sandwiches were still made without it even though my order was rang in correctly.

I ordered a small fry to get the deal. After I gave my code, the employee asked if I wanted my latte iced or hot. I said iced, and then he told me they were out of Pumpkin Spice. Um, sir — that’s not a me problem, that’s a McDonald’s problem. The offer is valid until November 15, 2025, yet no substitute was offered. I asked to speak with a manager, and he said he was the manager — smh. It’s fine, I lost my reward, but they don’t have to worry about me coming back anymore.
It’s the principal, don’t try to argue with me because you won’t get anything but a bad review. Do better.

This employees are not friendly at all. Not a thank you, not even a you’re welcome. I was waiting for soda refill, and employees passing by completely ignoring me. I stopped going to the one at havendale because of the crackheads and thisbone because of costumer service. Looks like they hate their jobs. Not coming back.

So I was gonna give 1 star…. I had two promo codes for free food but apparently you can’t use them in drive thru if you have a card linked to your app because it auto pays and doesn’t give them the option to put the codes in or pay at the window…. I did not know this! I got my order and went inside and spoke to both the store manager and her assistant manager…. The issue was resolved so fast that I didn’t think I was done explaining the situation and they were already ringing up my refund which was back on my card 2 days later! Soo… For their customer service and prompt refund I give them a 5. Shout out to the two ladies who took care of me! Y’all did y’all’s thang! Thank you! Also, the food was great!

We were served a raw QPC. Manager, while friendly didn’t want to have anything to do with me and my complaint. Manager did not once apologize. But, did however offer to remake my sandwich. No other concessions were made. A front end crew member gave me the remake as I alcan only presume to believe the manager did not want to speak with me. When I called him back over it was like pulling teeth to get his name and the district manager name. He stated he did not have a last name or contact information.

Service was terrible and employees were rude. Once I got my food they forgot the entire happy meal for my son. Once that was handled and we were home I took a bite from my burger and they left the wrapper for the meat patty in my sandwich. Highly disappointed.

The cashier was super friendly, but the lady who takes the orders served me with a sour face. She told me my order was complete. I moved the vehicle to check the receipt and noticed I had a McFurry. I went back to the drive-thru and the same person gave me a regular ice cream with stuff on top…. I don’t have her name, she’s Hispanic and she was taking the orders at 3 p.m. Terrible service.
