My visit was in 10/30/25 at 12:30pm. The guy the behind the counter was nice. The female who jumped on to help him was rude as could be. She was obviously mad she had to come out front to help and had no problem taking that out on customers. She had my sandwich and asked me “what dressing?” I accidentally said lettuce not the dressing and no lie she raised her voice and repeated “WHAT DRESSING?” Shocked I asked for sweet onion on the side. Well that was a mistake because that really pissed her off. She slammed down the cup. I asked her for 2. She yelled at me “that’s all we have!” Now mind you the tiny bit she put in the cup was not enough for a 6 inch sub. I had to go by mayo. I wasn’t asking her for anything else! If you don’t like your job quit! Don’t take out on paying customers! Not to mention her behavior was irratic.

I went in today and the girl Robin who was working was so fantastic and nice and the gentlemen that was working! They were so friendly singing with the music and just made the experience so nice! Not to mention Robin made my sub so great and perfect I will definitely be going back to see both of them! Nice to see that there are great spirited workers in town who love their job!

Kim and her beautiful assistant were more than helpful in constructing a masterpiece of deliciousness. The customer experience with something I’ve never had before. I must say my chicken bacon ranch sub was cold in the middle. All in all it was a very memorable soirée.

I would like to start this review off by saying I’ve worked in the food industry most my life and have never given somebody an attitude simply for ordering food. I had just finished ordering my sub my fiancé was adding a kids sub to our order for my daughter who isn’t even 2 yet. My fiancé wanted to add avocado to my daughter’s sub which is located at the end of the bar. The manager making the sub G W E N as she pronounces her name I guess she just thought I didn’t know how to spell or something anyway tells my fiancé your supposed to tell us that first in a snotty irritable voice my fiancé is too nice to say anything but I felt instantly offended as if we are supposed to know that as if there are secret rules to ordering a sub and if there are whys it all the way at the end of the bar. I told her that she was giving my fiancé an attitude and as a customer she deserves to be treated with respect to which she replied respect is earned not freely given. Which I believe is true if you aren’t working in a customer service driven role where you’re giving the customer an attitude simply for ordering food. I apologized to the other worker in the building because she did nothing wrong and didn’t deserve to have to deal with the awkwardness this moment created. I asked for the managers name to which she replied G W E N. Now idk where the attitude came from because we are please and thank you type of people all I can assume is this middle aged white woman saw a brown women and retaliated do to her inner racism I’m disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism from a manager and will not be returning to this establishment again and will be telling everyone I run into the type of establishment this place appears to be.

Well where do I start first I was charged 35 dollars when I had a coupon for 2 for 12.99 I was then charged for double meat which I didn’t have then was charged for a meal I didn’t have or even ask for the worker Chris was rude hair not pulled back on the phone while making food very unprofessional I asked for a refund he refused

Looked for a corporate number to call, and found none. This place needs new management. Weeks ago I went and was shocked at what I saw. 50% of the toppings were frozen. That makes the lettuce a brown mess. Cucumbers were limp and frozen in a solid pile. The frozen tomatoes I was told were ok after they were microwaved. The next visit, more brown lettuce. The last visit today, a ten minute wait to unfreeze meatballs on my 1/2 hour lunch.

this is the second time I have placed an order and received a phone call that they are out of cold cuts and lettuce ! This is a sub shop that provides deli type subs.How are they out of cold cuts and lettuce ? Not acceptable

If you say your open till 9 then be open till 9. My dad drove 15 min. To your subway in Mechanicville at 8 pm. Door was locked and still workers inside and they were not answering the phone. At least post on your door or website you were closing early.

I decided to swing in for lunch and the 2 young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and quick to grab my order. I was pretty pleased with the service but when I sat down the eat I got to see how unsanitary this location was. I felt like my hands are sticky after using the soda fountain and sitting at a table. I then noticed the window sill was covered with dead bugs,dirt, and even bees flying around. This place needs a good deep clean and someone to wipe down the tables.

Went in to get a wrap tonight because I didn’t feel like cooking… anyway, the first gentleman looked at me when I was ready to order, and ignored me, the gentleman making my wrap was wearing the same gloves as the order before, and then went in the back to bring out more containers with the same gloves, and the started to finish my wrap with them, when I asked him to change his gloves after touching all the stuff, he then proceeded to give me an attitude the reminder of my order! The counter where they make their wraps was disgusting, like it hasn’t been wiped down or cleaned all day!! I won’t be returning!! I’m not even sure if I want to eat my wrap!
