Good Neapolitan pizza

Highlights
– Tasty pizzas and nice options
– Tiramisu with a gentle coffee flavour
– Lovely and friendly staff
– Good price-quality

We had a nice time at Paesano, definitely worth a visit!

The selection of pizza was nice, I had a ham and mushroom pizza and the ingredients were decent. The crust of the pizza was really nice and fluffy.

We’re stuffed but shared a tiramisu and it was a perfect one person portion. Often a Tiramisu has the recognizable strong coffee liquor flavour but this one didn’t. It was more delicate, which we actually liked.

The service was nice and the smallest mistake (forgetting to bring us a side dip) was addressed promptly.

The atmosphere of the place wasn’t our favourite. The music was loud and the overall space wasn’t a relaxing one, but I guess it comes to personal preference!

But the pizza a Paesano Is absolutely worth a try!

Enjoyed some lunch at Paesano this afternoon. The restaurant is a clean, modern space and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My waiter was fantastic, attentive and even gave me a sample of an ingredient from one pizza that I was unsure of before ordering. I ended up having the salami pizza and it was delicious. The ingredients were top notch and it was just about as close to authentic Italian as you can get. The hot chili oil was the cherry on top!

Excellent Napolitan pitsa. The place is very modern and has beautiful decoration. The pitsa we tried was amazing like the Italian ones. Tiramisu was out of this words also, fresh and tasty! I would definitely recommend this place

Just had an amazing experience at Paesano Pizza in Glasgow! The deluxe pizzas are seriously something special. I ordered the No4 with extra chili and special chili oil, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were top-notch and you can tell they’re using quality stuff. The staff were super friendly too, made the whole experience even better. If you’re a pizza lover like me, Paesano’s is a must-try!

I’m not usually a fan of pizza—it’s typically my last choice—but this pizza restaurant is probably one of my favourites in the UK. I tried the Fior di Latte mozzarella pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was quite large, and I couldn’t manage to finish it, though my friends thoroughly enjoyed theirs and cleared their plates. The restaurant was busy, which suggests it’s a popular spot in town. The staff were incredibly lovely, adding to the overall positive experience.

Fantastic establishment. Pizza was really good and well worth the time spent here. Real Italian woodfire Pizza made in front of you gets your tantalising taste buds flowing. There is a reason why this place is popular. Well done to the staff.

If you’re looking for a great traditional pizza, this is the place. The service is friendly, and the pizza turnaround is impressively fast. They have a small, curated menu with some excellent options. The restrooms were clean and well-kept. While the atmosphere is pretty typical and nothing to write home about, the quality of the food and service makes up for it. It’s also significantly better than their city center location, so I’d highly recommend coming to this branch instead.

I believed the hype!…but I was left disappointed.
We didn’t have to wait to be seated, which was amazing! However, we were greeted by a miserable looking server who sat us right beside another table, despite lots of free tables everywhere else in the restaurant.
The tables are far too close together considering how large the restaurant is.
I ordered the number 6 and although the flavours were nice, it was the soggiest pizza I’ve ever tried…certainly not the crispy, yet tender crust and base I I’d expect from a neopolitan.
I ended up asking them to box it up for me, took it home, cooked it in the oven for another 10 minutes and it was much better. But if I wanted a DIY pizza lunch, I’d have stayed at home!
The restaurant itself is really nice, lots of dark wood and interesting period features to look at.
Maybe I was just unlucky and perhaps the kitchen usually cook the pizzas for long enough, at a high enough heat, and without overloading the dough with too many wet toppings. But I won’t be back again to see if my luck changes.
