We got chicken thighs, brisket, Mac and cheese, street corn, and fries. Everything was absolutely delicious not a dull moment. They have a lot of different barbeque sauces to try, our favorite was the peach habanero by far. Customer service was nice and has a cozy vibe. The strawberry lemonade was fresh and wasn’t too sweet. Overall very pleased.

Finally, a BBQ place that understands how important sides are! We’ve had a lot of BBQ around the country and so many sides fall flat. Absolutely recommend the creamed corn as it’s made with sour cream (no half and half) and the slight sour tang is a very welcomed twist. Chicken is smoked well and not dry, which is very important to me as I don’t eat red meat (but my husband says the other meats were also fantastic). Overall great experience!

I absolutely love BBQ, and this place does it right! As a brisket fan, I usually go for the brisket, beans, and coleslaw whenever I check out a new place. But with all the positive reviews about the chicken thighs, I couldn’t resist trying some, and I’m so glad I did! It’s hands down the best smoked chicken I’ve ever had—juicy, tender, and bursting with vibrant spices and smoke. I added a touch of their spicy BBQ sauce and took it to a whole new level. The sides were fantastic companions, but let’s be honest—the meats are definitely the stars of the meal. If you’re unsure, just give this place a try; you won’t regret it! Oh, and my wife had the pulled pork with mac and cheese and corn, and she loved every bite. A big shout out to the lovely couple running the place—they’re super friendly, chatty, and down-to-earth!

I ordered 2 meat plate with brisket and ribs, sides were beans and slaw. This was a door dash order, but it arrived fast and hot. I am not rating atmosphere or service because of this.
The good: the sauce is awesome. The slaw is my favorite. Very tasty. Fries were very crispy and nice, (battered fries). The ribs were very tasty, adequate bark.
The not good: The brisket needed a knife in parts, not ideal. Smoke flavor was deep though and it has a tasty bit of crust. But the thing that dropped this food rating from 4 stars to 3 were the beans. They were very toothsome and undercooked. Like when you throw dry beans in a pressure cooker and let them depressurize too quickly or to early. Nobody enjoyed those at all, which is a shame because they had a very nice flavor.
All in all a descent meal, with a couple of let downs that simply resulted from some sub optimal executions.
It’s worth mentioning that when you read the previous reviews they exclaim that this is the best BBQ in Lincoln city.
They are not wrong, but only because the OTHER single option

We had Lincoln City BBQ cater our wedding! It was delicious!!! Everyone loved it! We had the Viking Feast, which included brisket, pulled pork, ribs, burnt ends, chicken, coleslaw, mac and cheese, street corn, and baked beans. Delicious!! Everything! We had way enough food for everyone plus seconds. We enjoyed it so very much. Thank you Lincoln City BBQ for fueling our special day!!!

Truly a great bbq. The meat was very cooked and very tender with a great rub I found myself not using much of the bbq sauce they made (which was very good). I had never had coleslaw with cranberries and will for sure be making this way from now on It adds a little more sweetness to the great taste.

Phenomenal! From someone who has family across the BBQ states id like to say I know good Que. And this is it, I didnt put 1 dabble of sauce on the brisket, chicken, or pulled pork because it was seasoned so well. And dont even get me started on the hush puppies. If I could give it more stars I would. Absolutely bangin BBQ
