We decide to check this location out after watching a blogger go to the original Bob Evans location. Lucky for us this one wasn’t very far from us. It is very close to the Disney World property and would be a nice place for us to finish our day after visiting the parks. They have a very good selection of food that is reasonably priced and most was what I would call comfort food.
Our server Mike was very friendly and was a bit of a character. Our orders were taken quickly and our food was also done quickly. My wife and I had the Steakhouse Burger. It was cooked to perfection, was super moist and very tasty. I also liked the fries they have here.
There were plenty of seats and the bathrooms were handicap accesible with a door opening button.
I can’t wait to go back back and try some of the other menu items next time we are in the area.

Pretty good food. Warm not fresh as it should have been but overall great taste and customer service. Not a crowd just one other person dining in. I gave 4 stars to leave room. For improvement. The waitress was awesome and very alert.

My family and I decided to try Bob Evans for the first time. Overall the experience was very good! My family gave high ratings on the homemade biscuits, they were amazing! Everything else were breakfast items like eggs, sausages, bacon etc… which were all good. Our server Denise offered outstanding service and was very knowledgeable about the restaurant’s history and the menu. I must mention the whip cream was freshly whipped, unlike the can crap that most restaurants use. We definitely will return to try other menu items!

Well, I guess waitress didn’t want to give us appetizer plates with the biscuits. I get it, she was busy, but not an excuse. One good thing, biscuits were freshly baked. The steak tip combo meal looked nothing like the menu photo. (Wishful thinking I presume) The steak, mushroom, and onions were overcooked and burned. Yet they still served it to me! Why? Don’t y’all look at what’s on the plate? Would staff eat burned, overcooked food? Coffee tasted awful and looked like dirty water. Food is absolutely, poorly prepared. I usually love eating good, freshly made breakfast at other Bob Evan’s restaurants, however, not at this location. Hostess was fantastic thought I’ll give her positive energy props!!

Decided to try a new place. I heard their food was good especially their biscuits. But that’s not the experience I had, maybe it depends on who’s cooking. I was a bit disappointed it wasn’t better since they weren’t busy and there was only one other family in there but us… I think the hashbrowns (not cooked fully), sausage (overcooked,hard), eggs (not fully cooked) could of been cooked with more care. I also am not sure what they use for pancake mix even though they were fluffy, they just didn’t tatse right. They didnt tatse like a pancake and the biscuits also looked fluffy but they tasted doughy as if they weren’t cooked all the way through in some areas. HOWEVER, the big cinnamon roll and the cowboy fries was good. But overall I wouldn’t come here, Waffle House has better food in my opinion. Not to mention their restroom stunk to high heaven and had no TP.

This is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to, The food took over a hour, and there was barely anyone here, like, What the heck!! The food was mediocre and all of it was frozen. My burger tasted so horrid, the bacon didn’t have any flavor. The ice cream sucks. The ice cream had water coming out of it. Definitely not coming back, would not recommend.

Upon entering, the host did not greet us with a simple “good morning” or “good afternoon.” Instead, they took our name and immediately stated there would be a 15-minute wait due to the kitchen being backed up. This same scripted response was given to every guest who walked in. We ultimately waited longer than the quoted 15 minutes.
While our server was pleasant, she did not return to check on our table to see if we needed refills or anything else during the meal.
Overall, the service lacked attentiveness and basic hospitality. This was not the standard I expect from this franchise, and it was disappointing from start to finish.

When we got there, the waitress acknowledged us and said she would be with us in a minute. No problem. There were a few people already seated. There was also someone waiting in a to-go order. We waited. After about 10 minutes or so, a customer walked by and told us we should have gone somewhere else. Not sure what that ment. That customer went to his seat and within a couple minutes his party walked out. We were still waiting to be seated. Another person walked in and went up to the to-go counter. The waitress went to that person and asked if she could help them. We walked out! I have no problem waiting to be seated. It looked like she was busy, but over looking us and going to someone who just walked in? I was done! Never got seated, never ordered.

Took almost 45 minutes to be seated there were many open tables waiting to be seated was busier than the actual seating area…waited another 45 minutes for our breakfast when it arrived the food was cold sent back when it came back like it was thrown in the microwave…absolute worse breakfast experience ever

Dirty, slow service, needs better management. We waited almost 30 min to be seated because no one could clear a table. When we were finally taken to our table, it still wasn’t cleaned and had an extensive amount of smashed food on the floor underneath like an army of toddlers had just fought in a war. Regardless…we still tried to wait to order, but after another 20 minutes with no server we left to find somewhere else to eat. There are PLENTY of other places to eat in the area…do yourself a favor and select any of them for a better experience.
