I ordered Happy Meals specifically for the Zootopia toys, and after everything was paid for, I was told they didn’t have any — with zero prior notice. That’s really frustrating and honestly feels disrespectful to the customer. The staff apologized and I appreciate that, but this location seriously needs to do better. Please don’t treat customers’ money like it doesn’t matter.

Tried to hand us the wrong order, pointed it out and they gave us our order looking like this. I imagine they get away with it because most folks are from out of town and won’t make enough of a fuss to turn around and come back. Thank God I don’t live in this town or have to deal with this location frequently if this is what they think is acceptable to hand out.

The app would not let us check in. Had to go inside to complete check-in.
After a good little wait, they finally brought our food with no drinks. I asked the car hop where the drinks were, and she just looked at me blankly and left. So Connie goes in to get our drinks.
Meanwhile, a person comes out and rudely asked “Are you still waiting on food?”
We finally got our drinks. The food is cold with rubbery fries and the wrong sauce.
The value meals aren’t really much of a value. I think I will just eat at home next time.

This shift was wonderful, happy faces, nice clothes
Some even approached the table to ask me if I needed anything else
I often eat in MC, but the employees here were the best in every sense
Everything else was very good

McDonald’s is diving as quickly as possible to the bottom of chain restaurants and this one is doing nothing to stop it. The redesign that is happening nationwide is a disaster in my opinion and the key reason I avoid them whenever possible. The food from this location was just McDonald’s standard, nothing else. Service thru the drive thru was a mess. 5 -6 cars waiting both times I was there on February 8th. And a 10 minute plus wait each time. I don’t live here so I was just traveling through north and south on that day. The ones close to me are not any better either. What a shame, McDonald’s use to be a good place to take the kids to enjoy reasonable priced meals and maybe some play time.

Entire order was wrong; the mcdouble only had one patty, the happy meal did not come with the cheese I paid extra for, the strawberry shake I ordered was vanilla. We had to wait for the order despite ordering ahead via the app.
That being said, the staff made these mistakes with smiles on their faces and were very friendly.

WOW!!! We will NEVER stop here again! This is what a McCrispy looks like when you add on cheese (+$1.09) but it’s not actually added on and then given a major attitude by the boy at the window because you’ve asked for the cheese, ADD mayo and mustard…what a joke…I didn’t ask for a drop!!! Extra pickles…it already comes with 2…so when someone asks for extra…well…that means more than the 2 it comes with!!!
We had to ask for a Manager to get it corrected, she was nice and took care of it!!!

Since the remodel service has gone downhill. They do not care about customers inside the store at all. Giving way to 30 to 50 minute wait for something as simple as a large fry.

Passing through last night and had the worst experience. Walking in there was clearly a spilled drink with just a wet floor sign. Ordered food and waiting a long time. When the employee brought our order she spilled my drink on the floor. Laughed about it only being water and never came back to clean it up! The soda was wrong, the meat on our burgers were burnt and completely wrong. They did remake them and meat was better but order still not correct. Employees had not a care in the world, nor apologized for anything. Gave up and left. Will never stop there again when passing through! Worst McD ever.
