Be careful when eating here. They don’t care enough to NOT put paper in your sandwich. Paper was found in our sandwich today in our to-go order. Very careless.

$8 for a couple pieces of bacon and one slice of beef lol. I’ve had bacon smokecheesy’s from other locations and they are no where near this Stingy with the ingredients. Don’t waste your money.

I came into this store to eat about 2 weeks ago, I had stopped coming here because it was horrible all the way around. But thinking I would give it another go I went back. Whoever the girl is that’s training to be the new manager there greeted me at the door with a smile and even opened it for me to walk in. She checked on me several times like a restaurant server would and noticing I was having trouble with my left arm, offered to carry my to go food for me to my car!! The food was fresh and great as well. I have to say what a turn around this place has made. I’ll be back for sure! Great customer service!

I ordered a meal through DoorDash.
However, the arrival time passed and I tried to call store but no one answered except an answering machine that did not even indicate what business I called. No order arrived so I cancelled DoorDash. I was refunded the extra drink I ordered however the meal I never received I am not entitled to a refund because merchant confirmed and apparently started making the meal.
Al though I never received order and I should get a refund. Very disappointed and shame on you!

I received a coupon in the mail a few days ago, I went to use it and was told I could not use it until June 2nd no where on this coupon does it say that. The coupon has an expiration date but not a start date. The so called “manager ” was sitting at a table in the dinning room and I showed her that the coupon does not have a valid start date. Her response was oh I don’t make the coupons and some times they mess up on them. I then asked her name since she is the manager and she handled the situation VERY poor. She refused to tell me her name and was as rude as can be. So if I own this company especially as the flyer said under new ownership I would like to know your MANAGER is not fit for her job and definitely is NOT some one I would want running my business and or trying to attract customers. I will be sure to let everyone know the HORRIBLE management you have running this place. She should have apologized for the misunderstanding on the mailer and or honored the mistake she made a point to say I don’t own this place. Wish she would have been professional enough to at least offer her name when asked. I hope the new owners do better.

I ordered 2 turkey bacon clubs and a French onion sandwich as well. I realized when I got home that they forgot the lettuce on my turkey bacon clubs… which is obviously a key part of the sandwich. I called to let them know hoping that they’d offer a solution like having me come back and giving me a cup of lettuce, I didn’t even want them to remake the sandwich I just wanted some type of solution. Instead I was told “well there’s nothing I can do from here”… idk when that became the response you should give to customers, typically in a customer service environment you give some sort of solution to the issue.

This location was a little disorganized. Several times they were walking around trying to match finished orders with people. In my case I received half my order and eventually had to ask for the other half. They were so happy I asked as they had an extra sandwich they forgot who it belonged to. I’m not mad, but these guys need some training. Good sandwich, bad management.

Overall quick service through the drive through. My food was warm and well prepped. However they forgot my cinnamon roll. Thankfully I had decided to eat in the parking lot and caught the mistake quickly. I went back through the drive through and they gave me the order no questions asked.
