Perhaps it’s my big city experiences… But this did not feel like the outback I’ve been to in California, or any other big city. Feels like your average Applebee’s but with more brown furniture. Our waitress was nice enough I guess. The RBF was very strong though. Anyhow she took our drinks and appetizers. Then came back for our entries order.
My steak looked like the saddest meat ever… Tasted bland, no seasoning what so ever. I cool steaks a lot at home and this was weak…. Anyhow. My unsweetened tea and lemonade was refilled twice! And my French onion soup was not too salty!!! Loved that!

Our server was very nice, and he got our order correct. He made sure our glasses were full, and we had everything we needed. He even brought a deal to the table for a dinner plate to take home to share. It was very thoughtful, but we had to decline the offer. Overall the place was clean, restrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a restaurant, and the food was amazing! We got cheese sticks, and two filets. The price has gone up, but so has all restaurants and food pricing. We were very satisfied with the whole experience!

All I can say is, wow. We were blown away from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. The hostess was so kind and welcoming, our waitress was phenomenal and the entire staff just made us feel like home. We were there to celebrate my Niece’s 2nd birthday and the staff sang to her, making her feel so special!! I have never had a better experience at any other Outback.

My wife and I had date night tonight that we rarely get to do because of child care. Kaleb took care of us. What an amazing asset to your restaurant. He is personable, very knowledgeable ( spinach dip and take home meal ), and on point with timing as everything flowed perfectly. This was the best experience we have had at an Outback. Thank you Kaleb for a great evening!

We came in on Mother’s Day and it was packed as expected. We had called ahead and checked in in-person well ahead of our time but somehow, they still skipped us. There was plenty of covered, and decently comfortable, seating outdoors for the wait as well as lemon water and bottled water for the wait.
Our server, Christopher, was on it. Even though it was slammed, we still got great service and refills in a timely manner. Anything that was missed during the chaos was fixed immediately, no complaints. The staff were very friendly and engaged with us throughout our visit, and they gave us flowers

Locally, this is my favorite location for Outback. It’s always clean and the staff have never failed to be kind and attentive. I had the sirloin and blooming chicken. Not a steak guy but it was my birthday. The steak was exactly cooked medium as I requested and the chicken was tender and tasty. Lesley, our host, did an absolutely incredible job waiting on my wife and I despite the fact that it was lunch time and she had several tables to maintain. Thanks, OS, for making my birthday very special indeed (I turned 55)!!

Outback steakhouse used to be my absolute FAVORITE! Would dine there several times a week. Not just this location but several locations. After several back to back visits, I noticed its sad decline in quality and the prices have skyrocketed for declining quality. The quality of their meats, steak has declined drastically. Tough, chewy. The last time I dined there with my daughter and looked at my bill, they charge $4.00 for a simple glass of iced tea. That ended it right there. That was it for me! Can you believe it!!?? In addition to the declining quality of their steaks, a charge of $4.00 for a simple glass of iced tea was the death knell for me. I’ve never been back and that was over a year ago. I never thought it could happen, but Texas Roadhouse has surpassed them in quality, service and prices.
