Ordered through Uber Eats and they offered a buy one get one free 10pc nuggets. Thought I was getting 20 and only get 10. Label said 2- 10pc and was sealed. So I could only assume an employee didn’t read the label or care that it was for delivery since I wasn’t there.

Visited this McDonald’s for a quick bite and had a pleasant experience overall. The manager was attentive, checking in as we entered the store to ensure we were comfortable—such a thoughtful touch! The play area is a great addition for families with little ones, and I liked how clean and well-maintained the space was. However, the service on my black coffee was slower than expected, requiring a follow-up to get it. Despite the delay, the overall vibe and kid-friendly atmosphere made it a good dining spot!
Parking is all around the spot, not too big though. Good spot for a break if you are on a trip anywhere around.

Curious open layout, it’s nice. Nice sizeable portion of fries! Failed custom burger test ❌ I gotta start marking it as extra onions so they stop forgetting the onions! Like seriously? Honestly, they probably just ran out of onions. Better luck next time.

I went through the drive-through and was impressed by the efficiency. Even though both lanes were backed up, I got my food in about 5-7 minutes. My order was ready by the time I reached the window. Thank you for the speedy and polite service!

Great clean playplace! Most of the upper part is hard to climb into, probably suited better for kids 4/5 and older. And hard for grownups to “rescue” kids at the top. But there is small section for <3yo kids with a small slide.

This is how a McDonald’s should be run…
Excellent food, Courteous staff and management and the entire place is immaculate.
If you want hot n fresh food served with a smile, this is place for you.
The locations on Camp Bowie West, Alta Mere Drive, and East Lancaster Ave could learn how to run a McDonald’s properly.
And customers don’t have to deal with an obnoxious security guard like they do at the East Lancaster store.
Would Highly Recommend this location…

I came here to pickup a DoorDash order, parked in front to attempt to walk in, only to find the interior closed with people who don’t look like workers sitting in the lobby. A worker came out of the front door and I asked her if I could just drive to the window to pick it up instead of waiting in an hour long line, and she said yes. I pulled around to the window and let them know I had a DoorDash order only to be told I was lied to, wasted my time and that I have to go through the line anyways. 45 minutes later and I finally got the order

Incompetent employees waited 30 minutes for an order had to go around the window again just for them to say they were having issues with a drink. On top the food was cold and wrong but it’s always issues with this site. Better of going to Belknap or handly rd.

Card info was stolen by one of their employees. Watch for card skimming here, do NOT let your card out of your sight. I’ll never be back here again and the police have been contacted, hopefully whichever employee stole my card info bought something that was worth it. WOULD NEVER recommend anybody stop here, just go down to 28th street or handley ederville.

Unacceptable amount of fries in one of the happy meals. Not to mention how cold they were along with the rest of our food. Do better. Quit serving cold, old shallow filled fries. Hello, that’s what we come to McDonald’s for is fresh delicious fries. You failed this time.
