AMAZING!!! My mom and I have never had a seafood boil, and may I say it exceeded our expectations. We have always drove by this place but never stepped inside to taste the DELICIOUS food they had. All of it was cooked perfectly, it tasted very fresh, and the customer service was great! Our waiter Armon was awesome from start to end. Overall great experience!!!! Do come here.

The wings were nice and crispy, sauce comes on the side. The Cajun fries are amazing, crispy and well seasoned. We dont recommend the lobster roll. A very small roll, lobster had a weird texture and didn’t taste like lobster. For $22, definitely not worth the price. Highly recommend the wings and Cajun fries

Came here for the first time. My sons ordered the fried catfish. They give one big overcooked fish. The fries were hard. I ordered the headless shrimp broil with corn & broccoli. They charged $4 for 3 broccoli florets. The food was subpar, pop watered down, strawberry lemonade extremely too sweet, and service was average. We won’t be back.

The food & drinks were delicious but the service was laughable (I had to yell across the restaurant after being ignored) and the actual restaurant? SO dirty. The forced 18% gratuity with TERRIBLE service really was the topping on the pile of crap! Wouldn’t go back even for good food!

Should have went with my first mind and never came back to this place. Decided to go have dinner with my fiancée Friday afternoon. From the start of service was not pleasant. Walked in and was ignored by the lady at the desk for the first 10 minutes of being there. Was told the wait would be 15 minutes and still decided to wait. Went to the parking lot to get my wallet. While I’m walking to the car I get the text my table was ready. I even ran back in a hurry. Got to the desk the lady said the manager told her to give my table away. Irritated we still stayed to wait. Got seated in a secluded section. No other guest in the area. The food was overly salty. Sent the calamari back they were extremely salty. My fiancée found shit on her shrimp as soon as she opened her bag and lost her appetite. Was told it’s nothing they can do about it no refunds. Spent $177 and regret it. Hate this place now and won’t ever waste my money again.

The food was so delicious, we got the King Crab boil spicy with 2shrimp, black mussels and crawfish . It was seasoned so well I was trying not to lick the pan The wait staff was nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed. If you’re looking to treat yourself to some good seafood this is the spot.

The lobster tail was overcooked but I was able to eat it. The corn was well…corn. But what made it a little bit more challenging to get through the meal was the sauce…it was waaaaayyyyyyy too much…and I love seasoning. I will say what I did like was that bibs, hand wipes, and gloves were given with the take out order. I don’t recall all 3 being given for take out orders at other crab boil places.

I called Cajun Crab House on February 4th, 2026- I was advised over the phone that they do not take reservations, and that they do not allow parties over 10 people. My family and I visited the establishment on March 7th, 2026 and was denied service. On the door there was a sign that read no parties over 6- your children are included. My fiance and I walked up to the counter and explained that we were meeting up with about 13 people, but there were only five of us there at the time. We were told that they do not take parties over six. I advised that when I called on February 4th, 2026- I was told that they could take up to 10 people. With that being said- I know that we were possibly over the limit by three people-however, there were only five people there at the time. We asked if the 5 of us could be seated because there didn’t need to be a party of 13 because everyone else could seat individually (for example: our party of 5, another party of 5 and a party of 3). We were advised by a short, white man with a long ponytail in a very rude and demeaning tone that they don’t do that and they do not split parties up. However, there were only five of us there. We were told by Taylor that “all you guys are going to do is walk over to each other’s tables and talk to each other “. This was extremely wrong and very judgmental. We went there to spend money and enjoy food, not to stand around and talk to each other. Who visits a restaurant to stand up and walk to tables and talk to each other? Not us. We came to eat and enjoy the food and of course tip our waiter generously. We were judged based off of their false beliefs. I asked to speak to a manager and I was met with the same attitude- as a matter of fact more employees from the establishment came up to the front to confront us- it felt like an attack. We were very calm in our manners, but we were met with angry faces and judgment.

Every other black person that walked into the establishment was then asked if they were with our party and they would not give them a menu until they told them that they were not with us. We did not even know the other black people who had walked in.

Gynger even yelled at a mom who had actually placed an order to go so that she could still have some seafood- since we could not eat there- this was completely uncalled for. As I read through the reviews now- I see that we are not the only people who are treated this way at this establishment. Cajun Crab House lost money today because they refused to serve us. I wonder how the owner feels about that? We were not rude nor demeaning in any way.

This comes off as racist and as a refusal to offer service to those who just want to enjoy food. The unwillingness to split up a “party” is absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. If I was the owner, I would terminate all of these employees for their refusal of service and horrible attitudes. The owner is losing money because of these people and their rude, unaccommodating attitudes.

I had a horrible experience here. I ordered headless shrimp, black muscles, and snow crabs. The first problem started when I saw that the muscles weren’t in the shells it wasn’t even a stem in them. The waiter said they fell through the bag so I tried it and they were overcooked. I let them know and asked for a new batch of muscles. While I waited for the muscles I tried the other items in the bag and they were all over cooked even down to the eggs that were split open. I asked for a manager and he told me and my boyfriend that we were trying to play games I told him we were not but he still gave us attitude he took the food and exchanged the bag. I looked through the bag to make sure it wasn’t the same bag and found hair on my eggs. I said are u serious showed him the hair. And he said we needed to leave! There was no apology. First my food was overcooked then there was hair and the manager got upset like it was my fault. My boyfriend had the baby back ribs and when he said it was pink and undercooked the manager also told him that’s how ribs are. His attitude was absolutely disgusting and I plan on making a video! This was the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. I wish I could give zero stars. I now know the managers name was Sean, he was a lightskin man with blue eyes absolutely disrespectful and lacked accountability.
