I have a long one today, so I’ll be splitting this into sections:
•Stacie & Melyssa are very kind waitresses, So the service will be great if the standards are the same throughout.
•Clean tables, Efficient work staff, & Seamless work for cleanliness. Atmosphere was well oriented & managed, and service was provided in less than 10 minutes.
•Bread, Drinks, & Appetizers were provided quickly, and they were delicious. The Dip was well rounded, with well placed warm pita chips. The Onion was soft yet crisp, with a sauce of necessary intensity with horseradish.
•Entrées were delivered to the table in less than half an hour.
•The Sprouts were seared to perfection, with an excellent sweet glaze. The Mac & Cheese was an exemplary smoky crisp for the top, and the pasta was enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce underneath with cuts of bacon. The Chicken was perfect in color, seasoning, and flavor, as well as a perfect, juicy moisture.
•The waitstaff remained ever diligent, and always helpful at all times. Takeout boxes, desserts, and drinks were always on hand.
•The Vanilla Bean Ice Cream was something to behold, a creamy confection of perfection.
If the price is no concern, you will find this worthwhile.

I was a bit heart broken at my last birthday dinner here. We had been going to longhorn for years. Always loved them. Even the salad, just the ranch dressing in the salad hits different! I typically get the cowboy ribeye, and the upgraded mac n cheese. It’s always so good. The steak is borderline “cut it with a spoon” quality. Last but not least, the chocolate brownie desert. Not only very good, but it’s a very generous portion for a desert. Easy to share between 2-4 people. Last time we also got some sort of fried shrimp appetizer that was very good. Service and atmosphere is always good.

Now the bad… The steak, the main point of going here… was nothing like it used to be. It was a far cheaper cut of meat. Far tougher, drier, bland. It seemed more like a $15 “family diner” steak, not a $30+ steak that had always contended with even $60-100 steak houses. To be fair, a few months later we went to ruby river, and same thing. I always considered them and longhorn neck and neck, but their cut was far cheaper as well. And i swear grocery steak quality has also lowered. it seems like this is the normal since post covid. I noticed their prices since pre covid didn’t really go up. Maybe they opted for cheaper product instead of higher charge?

Service, the rest of the food, etc was all still very good. But i will forever miss the cut of steak they used to offer, and for this reason i don’t think i will return to anymore longhorns or RR’s. It is no longer worth a $30-45 meal. At least not to me.

Longhorn is just a cut above all the other typical mid-range steakhouses. Their shrimp appetizer is a must, and the steaks are always cooked perfectly. Our server, Keighly, was fantastic, attentive, friendly and on the ball. You can actually hear each other talk in here, unlike so many other places we’ve been to lately. Definitely our go-to for a good meal!

I’ve been here a multitude of times and my reviews are gone. This is for my recent dining experience. We had a table of 8. It took over 30 minutes, which is fairly average for a wait here since they don’t do reservations. We were there for almost 3 hours and watched a cycle of tables sit, eat, and leave before we got our food. I felt like I was in Europe without a tentative server. Three food was alright. It’s been better the other times I’ve visited compared to this last trip. I recommend not going during a dinner rush. The food, wait, and service is always better outside of peak hours.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better waitress or a waitress that works as hard as Marlene. Not only is she very friendly but is punctual, but she takes pride in the quality of her work and makes sure her guests are taken care of. There is not a lot of hospitality present in today’s restaurant chains, but it is refreshing to say that this past experience was a nice change of pace. Keep up the good work. Food was excellent as always, but was blown away by the quality of service this visit.

I know what great food is!! The food at this place was so good!! The fresh bread was a welcome starter! I had the lemon garlic chicken and it was scrumptious!! Husband had the steak and he said it was cooked perfectly!! We waited awhile for the food, but it was worth the wait.

Tanna is an Excellent manager!! She is always very personable, kind, pleasant, and handles any concern in a highly professional way–so grateful for that! People like her make a significant difference in today’s world! The food is consistently excellent!

Ari has delivered my To Go Orders several times-she is so cheerful and kind Every Time–a wonderful attitude! The Food is excellent–my wife LOVES the Strawberry Chicken Salad!!!
I’ve eaten at the Longlorn Steakhouse in several states throughout the years when I traveled a lot with work. Always high quality tasty food, always!

I ordered chopped steak. It came out raw. I sent it back. It came out the same raw. After waiting for it to come back the first time everyone was almost done eating. It’s crap they serve this. I am editing because I am know sick. I have been vomiting since we got home. I think the ground chuck that they call cooked was uncooked and this is what made me sick. I am adding a picture that shows how uncooked this is. I can’t believe they serve this. By the way I did send it back to be cooked more and this is what I got i will never go back. Sorry guys

The shrimp was good. The steaks weren’t seasoned much, if at all. Loaded potatoes were dry and NOT loaded. Onion peels were mostly battered dried up pieces of onion. Salad was good but needed more dressing. It was very busy so service was slow. More expensive than Texas Roadhouse.

We have eaten at this location previously and have never had an issue. However, this was not the case at our recent visit. We were seated within 15 minutes. But it went downhill from there. We waited over an hour for our food. Three of our orders were wrong. The child’s chicken fingers were so over cooked that he wouldn’t eat them. The pita bread on our appetizer was also overcooked and very hard. In addition, our waitress never circled back for some time so that our 3 orders could be corrected. We spent over $200. We will never return. Chef issue and waitress issue.
