I always get excited on my way to go here. The bagels are delicious, and while they would be enough on their own to get me to come back, but what’s even better than the food, is the people. They know me by name and know my typical order. The workers there are so kind, and it always brightens my day to see them again. They’ve supported me through several tough things in my life, and I know that they do actually care.

Today, I went to buy a coffee at this store, and unfortunately, the cashier Raymond was quite rude. I had to wait for him to finish chatting with his coworker before he even acknowledged me. When it was time for the receipt, instead of handing it to me, he told me to ‘grab it,’ which confused me because I had to reach over to their computer to get the receipt. I had never experienced anything like that before. Normally, I wouldn’t care about the receipt, but here they call orders by number, so you definitely need it. I never leave reviews, but today I felt terrible. I just wanted a coffee after my classes and ended up dealing with that kind of service.

We waited 45 minutes and our order number was never called. I asked the desk if the two bags on the table were ours and I was told that no, they weren’t. I asked again five minutes later if our order had been called and they said yes they’re the two bags on the table. So we took them, checked, and they were a completely different order than what we ordered. By that time, they weren’t letting anyone order because it was past their hours, so we ended up paying $17 for absolutely nothing.

Nephatia was one of the rudest people I have ever met. This is clearly a place to get coffee and breakfast. I’m sorry if I wasn’t all there before I had my morning coffee. There was only one person behind me there was no reason to rush me. The fact I was rushed my order was wrong and when I went to explain to another girl she went up to Nephatia and she was eyeing me the whole time, like I was in the wrong. The price was wrong but I didn’t feel like fighting with a girl with such an attitude. If being with the public is something you had then get another job.

Was embarrassed and made fun of from the staff just because I didn’t know their whole menu. From someone who works face to face with people, keep that to yourself! Or wait for the customer to leave so you guys can start laughing.

service depends on the day and how long the line is, when it’s busy they rush and get orders wrong. some of the staff is nice but some aren’t. never seem to have any manager on duty so employees aren’t held to same standards as other locations
