I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I’m a business owner and we all have bad days.
But I cannot find anywhere where you can get some help with your order.
I’ve been ordering the same pizza and sides weekly for a while now. I switched the side today but I think the cook was drunk.
The garlic knots are bad but the pizza is worse.
Boxes weren’t sealed.
Feb 15th Delivery guy was very nice and pizza was perfect.

Carry-out is fine but I don’t recommend delivery.
I made an order just before 8pm for delivery about 12 minutes away. Over an hour later, the tracker said delivered but there was no food. I called at 9:08 and they said the driver had left without my order but he was leaving with it now. At 9:45 we still hadn’t heard anything and the tracker wasn’t working. We checked the door and the pizza was left in thirty degree weather without a knock, doorbell ring, call, or text. So after 1 hour and 45 minutes we got ice cold pizza.
They easily gave a refund which was very nice but I wish we’d gotten hot pizza. Our neighbor has also had to track down orders even though our houses are clearly marked. Overall, carry-out is consistently fine and everyone is kind but avoid delivery.

Since I didn’t get a response from papa John’s about my pizza order…I’m going to leave a good ol’ review.
Undercooked pizza as you can see. Nasty stuff I don’t even know how you can put that in a box and be good with it.

Beware! This is false advertisement. We ordered pasta bowl for kids, and we got a dry bowl. We also got a “no refund sorry you ordered this.” You tell me 8.48 for each bowl and not offered a free pizza..smdh. Papa John’s, you won’t get far doing this. The first picture is the advertisement. The other picture’s is what they sent me.

Had mostly good experience, sometimes things aren’t as well as other times but this is the first time I’ve had a genuine bad order. My pizza did not have cheese in the middle of the pizza despite me even ordering extra cheese. It also tasted burned or smoky, like something in their oven was burning or it needed cleaning. Last time I ordered from this place wait over 2 1/2 hours for a pizza and then they expected me to pay for it then I’ve already ran out and got something else. Customer service is horrible. They just keep you on hold and never get back to you cause I don’t wanna deal with you.

Pizza was undercooked and had too much sauce!! I asked worker/ manager to cook my pizza longer. He acted like he didn’t want to do it and had a condescending attitude. Short lightskin boy with curly hair and glasses. Once I went home and tasted the pizza I immediately left back out to get a refund. When I was there asking for my refund, he had a condescending attitude again. Service is trash. I do NOT recommend.

Excellent Service & Food. I will not order at another Papa John’s if I can help it. They do not disappoint. If ever there’s an issue, they address it. If ever there is an error, they correct it. This location is what all Papa John’s (and other restaurants in general) should aspire to be.
