The place has delicious Vietnamese food. The Pho and the Bo Bun are a good value and they even offer a small Pho portion for the less hungry. Prices for alcohol are surprisingly cheap. The staff was friendly and attentive. The overall atmosphere in the place, however, was not overly attractive. The owners could work a bit on making the restaurant feel a bit more cosy.
Overall, a solid experience that you cannot go wrong with. Just be prepared for a somewhat sterile restaurant environment. The food makes up for it!

The service attitude of one of the two people (seems to be the owner) was very unpleasant. When I asked about the toilet, she just showed it off! When I asked for wifi, she looked like she didn’t want me to bother her. When I paid by credit card, she stared at me and held up a sign that if under 15 euros you have to pay in cash! I blurted out “it’s terrible” for her attitude, and then she didn’t care! until I reluctantly took out cash to pay, she changed her attitude and said “merci”! I disappeared from the restaurant and told myself I would never come back. By the way, I’m Vietnamese and this is not Vietnamese pho, I can’t eat well! Rare beef is chewy…

The only plus point for this restaurant was that they had great Pho with rich beef broth. But still I would not recommend it as the customer service was bad. The waitresses were unprofessional and always looked so unhappy about something. The waiting time between main course and dessert was super long. The “Che Chuoi” (dessert) didn’t taste as how it supposed to be and very overpriced!

The woman was so angry we didnt even order all we wanted. I put my umbrella on the chair and she angrily wiped the water from the chair and said to put it in the basket. She was angry we asked for a to go box. We wanted to drink and have tea as well but her attitude was so bad we didnt. Food was ok. Quickly prepared. Would not return merely because we felt unwelcome!

Pho is terrible, the soup tastes so weird and they didn’t spend time to prepare it, I felt sorry for the cow the beef wasn’t become a decent beef. If they demand you can pay in the CNY via WeChat Pay You can choose to refuse because it may be suspected of tax evasion.
