Food was good but if you order online you shouldn’t have to wait til you are there for them to start making it especially with a large order. It is already paid on the app so it doesn’t make sense. Ordered online and had to wait 10 min in a parking spot for our food to come out.

Bought a single pretzel baconator, it had 3 small pieces of bacon on it. Took it inside and showed the manager she said “that’s the way they are, have a nice day”. Really? Look at a picture online or on the menu board, has ALOT of bacon. This has been sent to the corporate office, tired of getting ripped off!

I get that it was busy but it took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru. And then when we get our food they didn’t give us our drink. Not the best experience at all.
Update, picking up an order inside was horrendous. The woman working was incredibly rude to everyone and snapped at me to have a seat without even knowing why I was there. Let’s give up on this place.

Was pleasantly surprised….a 360 from last visit!!! The service was excellent…the tables were all clean…the bathrooms were clean…and the food was good! Last visit it was cold, hard chicken in a wrap. Both my husband’s and my meal were great! The girl at the register was also fast and efficient. I think her name was Sofia…not sure! …..again returned to this Wendy’s…..food was great…try the bacon mushroom burger!….service was great and dinning room was clean. Will def come back!!

We were just there yesterday. We wanted to try the new frosty and the guy told us he couldn’t give it to us in the small container. We always got new frostys in the small container. Just wanted to make money I guess. Then we find out we were overcharged. We won’t be going back. We just wanted to try a frosty. All about that money.

Drive thru is SO DARN SLOW. Want to leave? Oops, sorry, you can’t. Curb and guard rail trapping you in. Not even a pickup cam escape. I felt like a hostage on concrete. So much for “fast” food. What a joke!
