I had a really great experience at the Cactus Club in Abbotsford. The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Even though it was busy, everything felt smooth and the service was quick without feeling rushed.
I ordered the Truffle Chicken, and it ended up being the highlight of my visit. The chicken was cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The truffle added this really nice depth that made the dish feel special without being too heavy. Every bite tasted balanced and really well thought out.
Overall, I was honestly impressed. Great food, great vibe, and great service. I’d definitely come back again, and the Truffle Chicken is something I’d happily order every time.

Probably one of the more amazing restaurants in Abbotsford, the food is great. The parking lot is always packed. You have to make a reservation beforehand as it is just a fantastic place to go. There is a great view and a lot of hustle and bustle. It’s a great date night. Just remember to make a reservation!

Cactus Club — it’s simple, reliable, and always a go-to when we want a quick, good meal. The food is consistently great, and on our last visit we tried the new eggnog cheesecake — so good! Service can be hit or miss though. Sometimes you get a really friendly, attentive server, and other times it feels like they couldn’t care less until the tip at the end. I wish service was more consistent, but overall it’s still a solid spot we keep coming back to.

By far my favourite experience at cactus club tonight after all the many years I’ve gone here!!! Our server Jayda was the best!! Def going to ask for her to serve us again. She was so attentive, outgoing, caring, and friendly, we sat on the patio in a nice booth and had an overall amazing experience. I had the tuna poke bowl which is always 10/10. Jayda is the best!!

It’s such a shame that the service at this location is consistently disappointing. Before we even had a chance to sit down properly, our server asked what we wanted to drink. We politely asked for a minute, and in response got an eye roll before she walked away. When she came back to take our drink order, I started to say we were ready to order everything, but she cut me off abruptly and told me to wait, in a really rude tone.
We also noted in the reservation that it was a birthday, but not a single person acknowledged it, not even a quick “happy birthday.” It just felt like no one working there cared to make the experience pleasant.
This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, both times the service was just not up to standard. That’s enough for me to decide not to return. My friends and I live in Vancouver and regularly go to the Yaletown location, where we’ve never had these issues.
To be fair, the food here is still great, and the restaurant itself is spacious and beautifully designed. It’s too bad the service takes away from what could be a really enjoyable experience.

Can’t go wrong with Cactus club, fun history how it started. Foods always greats and the cocktails complement very well. Great staff friendly greetings. Without having to go Cali you can get great fish tacos there. If you have a sweet tooth end it with the Chocolate cake or the chocolate peanut butter bar.

The Uber Eats driver had been stopped in front of the restaurant for nearly 40 minutes and the food had cooled down (Even if I walk from my house to the restaurant, I don’t come out for less than 20 minutes) Apparently, the menu also included prawn, but there were no shrimp. I’m glad the meat came properly

We had amazing great experience at this Cactus Club location! The service was friendly, the communication and attentiveness was great. The location after our long road trip was perfect. The patio was nice and sunny, but also breezy and had shade.
The food was delicious, as all of the other Cactus clubs we have experienced.
