This was my first time here. I got the chicken pho. My boyfriend got the grilled pork rice plate with extra side of medium rare tenderloin steak. The most flavorful dish was the extra side tenderloin steak (beef stirfry, not steak). I was extremely disappointed in the pho AND the thai tea. My chicken pho had zero flavor as if my bowl had just water, pinch of salt, cilantro, green onions and rotisserie chicken. The broth had no flavor at all. The thai tea sits in a spinning slushy maker. It tasted disgusting, like water and milk mostly, with a tablespoon of orange thai tea flavoring. Place looks cute and food looks good, but I would not recommend this place.

We came across this Pho shop on our way home. We have 3 Pho, Spring Roll, Sirloin meal, Sandwich. Everything was good, reasonable price, food portion. Our steak sandwich was ok but not much in meat, veggies inside. We are satisfied with our food but customer service was not good. Customer service need some improvement. They did not check on us ONCE or refill our drink. Our 2 water cup was empty for while and I waited and got tired So I when up and asked for more water refill. Even tho we didn’t get a good customer service, we still left a nice tip. Please, do better on your customer service part.

A hidden gem in Los Banos! Was pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Vietnamese pho restaurant in Los Banos.
Dishes are as good as you would find in East San Jose (recommend the combo pho and fried calamari!), friendly service, and a cozy environment.
Certainly a step up from the usual fast food options in the area. I’ll be visiting again soon!

Took my elderly parents out to eat. They love Pho. Upon arriving we were seated and there were only five tables that had patrons. The restaurant is small and only has 7-8 tables. Upon ordering, we waited about 15-20 minutes to get our spring rolls. Upon finishing our appetizer, I asked the waiter/cook when our order would arrive. He stated that they would bring it out soon. Waited about15 minutes after eating our appetizer and another family that arrived after us was served. I then informed the waiter that we’d be leaving and paid for the spring rolls. With the restaurant being small, the wait time is way longer than other larger Pho restaurants nearby.

Decent Food side broth is not the same as the Pho broth. Seems like they just put flavoring powder on it. Pork was cold. I was gonna complain but my sister talked me out of it . They did not garnish my plate items with scallions and I’m a big fan of green onion had to ask for it on the side ♂️. Spring rolls and eggrolls are good . Chef got a lil lazy on us. We did order 7 items. Garlic fried shrimps are good as well. Vietnamese sandwiches are good too just needed more cilantro and veggies in my opinion. Beef plate had more onion and bell pepper than beef. Warning ⚠️ do not order the beef tenderloin plate, they use reused oil and it will upset your stomach. Trust me I have a stomach of steal but this got me sick, really sick . The Chefs are getting a little too comfortable and lazy. They do not garnish plates and just throw slop on a plate now. They’re lucky to get 2 stars ⭐️

I did enjoy the pho soup , it was so good finished the whole bowl and dumplings are very very good. The damplings were fresh made, I enjoyed every bite!They were not frozen from the store like majority pho restaurants do serve in your soup.

Ordered the Pho Combo #1, egg rolls and Vietnamese coffee. Food came out fast and everything was fresh. Coffee was strong and sweet at the same time. Customer service was friendly. Only negative was music coming from Zumba next door. Reasonably priced and delicious on a cold windy day. Highly recommend checking out this new local restaurant.

’m very disappointed on today’s visit. We have been here plenty of times in the past and love the place . My sons and I showed up today happy and excited to eat there , placed our orders . Only to have people who showed up and ordered 20-30 minutes after us get their food before us . I ordered spring rolls , and the people who got there 25 minutes after us after us got their spring rolls first. A family of 3 just like us that showed up 30 minutes after us got their whole order before us . We just got up and walked out

I got the seafood pho (lobster balls, squid rings, shrimp). Rich savory broth, maybe chicken? Not sure but it was great not fishy at all. The seafood was all cooked perfectly (not overcooked) and the squid was tender. Proper sides of fresh cilantro, lime, and sprouts. A good portion I could not quite finish but made sure the yummy broth was all gone.
Shrimp and pork deep fried spring rolls were also delish.
Service was friendly; location was clean.
I’m thrilled to have such a great restaurant in LB. I’ll be back and looking forward to trying other things.
