Horrible customer service every single time I go there, Terrible experiences every time, unfortunately I live 3 mins away and its convenient for me to go there but most of the staff there are super unfriendly. The food or coffee they prepare suck and are cold or not made the right way. I hope the manager sees this and does something about it

I went to this place every Thursday bc I have to go to college for my college course and I asked for avocado toast with bacon and croissant sandwich. The lady charged me with the bacon but the other lady give me avocado toast but without toast, I wasn’t paying attention and I just agreed.

Probably one of the best Dunkin’s I have visited. The service is always fast and they always get my order correct. The location is very clean and the staff is always pleasant. There are many Dunkin’s in the area to choose from, but, this one seems to always get my coffee order right. I visit this location every morning and have even gone at night before they close and the coffee never tastes old. Highly recommend visiting this location.

Coffee was burnt tasted like crap. We even waited awhile for our coffees. By the time we got moved and let our coffees cool off i was too far to turn around. Plus I hate being that annoying complaining customer. But I do like to come to dunkin and use the app and retain points. But not to receive crappy burnt coffee.

I notice every time I drive by this Dunkin’, it’s empty. People who work here are very busy chit-chatting and love to ignore their customers. I was waiting there for a few minutes few times I stopped at this place, they saw me, yet no one came to take my order. Not stopping here again.

The lady at the order station was very rude, she interrupted me multiple times to engage in non related conversations with other workers. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was just WARM WATER. it didnt even have a FAINT chocolate taste. Also I ordered assorted munchkins and only got 1 flavor? I feel like thats something that should be mentioned.
