We stopped in when school was out for the day. We spent some time in the arcade. At ticket redemption, the prizes left much to be desired. My daughter had like 600 tickets and got three pieces of candy. Fries delivered by robot were fun. Laser tag was fun but too short. We didn’t stay for a second round because they said we would need to wait 45 minutes for vests to “recharge”.

We went it stars and strikes last night for the first time and it was one of the best times we have had in a while!!! The service was probably the best service I have ever received. Not just by one staff member but multiple. When we walked in James greeted us with a smile on his face and pointed us in the right direction to set up a bowling game. While we were playing one of the employees Tyler asked if he could give my son a present (i thought maybe he was going to give him a free dessert) nope he gave him a bowling pin with his name and year written on the bottom of it!!! Unbelievable!! We had gotten to our second game and we only had two turns each left but our time was running out Markel ended up adding enough time for us to finish our game without paying extra! Again… wow. As we were leaving I spoke with Nigel and Joanna about how wonderful our experience had been. Nigel found my son in the arcade and gave him a free $25 arcade card. He was beyond excited. As we were playing games Nigel came up to my son and told him how to win (we were playing a racing game) my son ended up coming in second place and was so proud of himself. He then looked at my son and said hey i think you dropped something and proceeded to hand him ANOTHER $25 arcade card. We were speechless. I honestly wish I could give the staff and the establishment more than 5 stars because the experience exceeded my expectations!!! If you haven’t been here you need to go asap and have a fun night out! It was clean, new arcade games, bowling was awesome, and they have so much more to offer. We can’t wait to try out the Voice karaoke booth. If the staff members see this review thank you from the bottom of our Hearts- you made my birthday so special and created some amazing memories for my son

It was a busy day, but we lined up for bowling. Finally we made it to the front of the line but the staff had left somewhere. We waited there 8 minutes with no staff behind the counter. Finally a staff member did come, but not to the register and didn’t greet us or say anything. At last someone came and we were able to make our purchase. We got our lane and the floor was wet and messy. There was a ball stuck in our lane as well. We had an hour play, we placed our food order too because an hour should have been more than enough time. Our food didn’t come out in that time frame. We went to the counter and let them know we didn’t receive our food and our bowling time was over. We had at this point already placed our order an hour prior. They told us they will bring it to us so we sat at a table. Time went by and still no food. Fortunately I decided to walk back to our lane….the food was delivered there and not to our table like the staff told us they would. The people at the lane had taken our food off and said it had just arrived. I carried it back over to the bar and eat area. The nachos were cold, the pizza was cold and the dough wasn’t even cooked through, and the food was entirely just not edible! Over an hour waiting on food and it is cold and undercooked. We ended up not being able to eat anything! 50 dollars on food and we couldn’t even eat it. We went to the arcade and I will say the arcade was fun. All the games worked and that was fun for the kids.

Booking was easy and the response time was extremely fast. The deposit process was simple and took very little time.
I feel like the package was reasonably priced and our host, J was fantastic. She was attentive and personable and checked in repeatedly. I may tailor the food options more next time, but overall, I couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much!

I brought my son here a couple times in the last couple weeks for the free summer bowling, and I’ve been disappointed every time. I’ll start with giving kudos to the employees who work the bowling desk; they have all been super nice and helpful.
On the other hand, the women who work the bar act miserable. I’ve seen one arguing with another employee, I’ve had one tell me it will be ready when it’s done when I asked about my food order that was taking an excessive amount of time, and they all act like they are annoyed to do their job.
Also, when you order food on the kiosk it will automatically add a tip but then a robot brings your food. Who am I tipping and for what?
**You can remove the tip if you pay close enough attention.
My worst experience was this past Thursday. I’m including a photo of the lettuce that came on our burger and Philly sandwich.
We won’t be back.

The stars & strikes party and staff exceeded our expectations! My son enjoyed every moment of his 5th birthday party, and our guests commented how much fun it was for them as well. The food, the organization, and the two hosts assigned to us were all wonderful! The ladies did an excellent job:) Highly recommended for a group outing or birthday party!

Our server Christian S was so great with us. He not only did a great job with serving us on the bowling lanes, but he also made sure that the manager Mr. Nigel came over and greeted us as well. We had an awesome time we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest, and we will certainly be !

Celebrated our son’s birthday! There was a variety of games and prizes. Food was good but we weren’t notified that it made it to our table so by the time we realized it had been delivered it was cold.

My boys and I had an absolute blast on a random Wednesday night. We had no idea it was half priced for kids, so that was a major bonus!! We did ALL the things and had the best time in a long time. The bar was great too!! The service was top notch and the place was more than clean. My only complaint is that I still have 8 giant bouncy balls in my house 2wks later that my kids refuse to part with, lol. Hands down loved it and would make the hour drive for everyone to have that same level of enjoyment again!!

We had a blast so many games to play. We didnt see the claw game room until we were about to leave. The ones that were with the arcade games were generous lol. I won two large bouncy balls and two small balls. We racked up on the prizes will be back for the crane games alone. The restaurant was our next stop the staff was super friendly and very helpful with our order food was pretty good. Kinda pricey but the food quality matched so no real complaints. Will be back again
