I will not be returning to this location for dining. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Although it was an early Tuesday evening, I was surprised by the number of menu items that were unavailable. I initially ordered the Bistro Steak & Shrimp Alfredo Linguine and was informed that the steak was frozen. I asked whether I could substitute double shrimp, and after checking with the kitchen, our server returned to let me know there was no Alfredo sauce available at all. The absence of both steak and Alfredo eliminated a significant portion of the menu offerings.
After spending additional time reviewing alternatives, I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, confirming that steak was available since it appeared appetizing in the menu photo. What I received was a dry, flat, and unrecognizable piece of meat that did not resemble the advertised image.
We also ordered the Fish and Shrimp Basket; however, the shrimp was missing when the dish arrived and was only brought out midway through the meal. The only item removed from our bill was the shrimp portion that was initially forgotten.
While our server was courteous and did her best to assist, the overall dining experience fell well below expectations. Additionally, the happy hour beverages lacked flavor and appeared to contain little to no alcohol. The only item that met expectations was the Spinach Dip.
Given the price point and the quality of food and service received, I found the experience to be poor value. As a result, this location will no longer be a consideration for future outings.

Let me start by saying this place really knows how to treat veterans, thank you to the entire staff, especially our server Tiffany and the kitchen manager Kevin who both thanked our family for their service. We have never been to this restaurant before but I can tell you we will definitely be back. The food was delicious, we started with fried pickles for the table and then ordered the fish and chips dinner, buffalo chicken sandwich, bbq chicken with sweet potato fries, the cheeseburger and the blue cheese burger with chicken tenders. All our food came out hot and everyone enjoyed their food, the game area was huge with plenty for everyone to do. Tiffany told us about all the weekly specials including Military Monday, thank you for caring about our active duty military and veterans, we will all be back very soon. If you are looking for a friendly, military grateful place to eat with good food, this is your place for sure!!

Abigail was the best server at Dave & Buster’s because she consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest had a great experience. From the moment she greeted a table, she was friendly, energetic, and genuinely interested in making people feel welcome. She had a great ability to read the table and anticipate what customers needed before they even had to ask, whether it was drink refills, extra napkins, or recommendations from the menu.
Even during the busiest times, Abigail stayed calm, organized, and positive. While other servers might get overwhelmed, she handled multiple tables smoothly and made sure no one felt ignored. She also had a great sense of humor and knew how to joke with guests in a way that made the experience more fun and memorable.
Another thing that set Abigail apart was how much she cared about doing her job well. She paid attention to the small details that made a big difference, like checking in at the right times and making sure orders were correct. Because of her great attitude and strong work ethic, customers often asked to sit in her section when they came back. Her combination of great service and personality made her the best server at Dave & Buster’s.

Steak was the best I ever had. I would rather go here for a steak than a steak house. Bbq was also very good as was the cheesey spinach dip

First visit and it was great. Our server Noah was great. Our food came out quick and hot. The games were half price so our points went a little further. The cheese sticks were out of this world.

Didn’t eat here. Kids had a. Blast. Great deal for our money we were able to play lots of family friendly games. My 8 year old son was so excited about the human claw machine. And it was out of service. We will be excited when it’s up and running again. You need a lot of tickets to get prizes, All day play or multiple trips to get anything worth wild. We had so much fun we will definitely return.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the Party Planning. It is however in no reflection of our server, Shianne or our event host Alyssa or the rest of the store staff who were FANTASTIC!! This is the 2nd year in a row that the party planning part of Dave and Busters has screwed up our birthday reservations. 1st year they double booked us, this year they offered us upgrades to apologize for our past experience and come back. We had a set reservation on the 8th and was mistaken for the 28th which wasn’t caught until the morning of the 8th! In panic mode I called the store who told us they would do everything they could do to save us a semi private area. I then received a call from Christine who was a doll and reassured us that our packages would still be honored. Alyssa our host did a great job in being familiar with our situation and discounting what she was able to, which I am greatful for! I’m still not 100% happy but the on site staff did what they could and they were wonderful. We won’t be back but the staff was wonderful.

So to preface my husband received a gift card , that’s why we chose to come here. I had never been to a Dave and Busters before. The arcade part was very fun and we enjoyed that. I wanted to enjoy some food while we were there. We are told be the hostess that they had multiple birthdays/ church events and it would be 10-15 mins , so no problem we went to the arcade. I didn’t think of it until after we walked away, but she did not ask us our names or put us on a list like most restaurants would (again, I’ve never been here before and don’t know how their system works) We came back over in 20 mins , she says still a wait at least 15 more minutes. This time I asked , is there a wait list ? She said yes actually she meant to ask us for our info before but she forgot and she couldn’t leave her post (although she did right after we did finally get a seat) less than a minute after giving her our info finally a table became available ( the table had been empty the whole time and our neighboring tables were all empty) . Anyways we get seated and order food. The fried pickles barely had any coating on them at all . For our main meal we both ordered bone in wings and they were the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. My husband and I ordered the same and he got 8 wings, I got 7. There’s no amount you can order like most places (Buffalo wild wings, etc) so I’m not sure if he got an extra or I got shorted. But they are tiny and tasted microwaved and dry. I also got a salad, no dressing beside ranch, blue cheese, and honey mustard. To me blue cheese and honey mustard is for chicken. Our server did not come over once we ordered until we literally were looking so much a manager came over to ask us if we were looking for our server. The servers all seemed to hang out in the employee only area by the bar sipping their drinks and chatting, not checking in until forced to by her. All I wanted was some more napkins (there’s no dispensers like most restaurants) and some salt and pepper (again, hidden you can’t get until a server brings you) I mean it’s not Covid era anymore can we not hide basic things from people anymore especially if servers don’t want to serve and they want to ignore?? Every side cost extra. We got a side salad which was basic lettuce and cheese, also only 3 slivers of cherry tomato, not even a full 2 cherry tomatoes for almost $6?! Also when we went to pay our server stood over us holding a tablet and didn’t give us any respect or privacy to discuss tip, etc . The whole experience was very off putting and I’d never choose to spend our money going out to eat this way again. We don’t go out much to eat as it is. It was awful.
