i’m not one to usually complain especially on google but i ordered 2 mac and cheese with parm crusted chicken (which neither came with) and a pesto cavatappi that included some yummy plastic :/ i’d definitely choose another location next time, especially cause management was less than helpful

I ordered the chili garlic ramen with extra green onions with broccoli. I didn’t receive the broccoli, which cost extra. The noodles were gummy. Food preparers were not wearing gloves. One young lady had her phone tucked under her ear while working. No customer service. I do not recommend this place.

I must say I did not order anything. I would never order food from a restaurant with the bathroom as nasty as this restaurant. I don’t see how any employee uses the bathroom or washes their hands in such a nasty place. I didn’t bother going in the one that I didn’t use to take photos of the toilet paper with poop on it, laying on the ground or any of the other features of the bathroom because it smelled so bad, but even the one that I had to tolerate because I couldn’t hold it any longer was so horrible that I would never eat here

Everyone there was friendly very nice , The restaurant there it was clean and quiet, and there was a lot of space between the tables. Many of the best meals are kid-friendly and allow you to substitute different things with them as you choose. Which the kids loved. The food we ordered was delivered quickly and of good quality. We are very satisfied and look forward to coming again.

I feel as if noodles has been going down hill the last several years. On recent visit, there was a 15 minute wait for food after ordering. The food quality has decreased as well. I always get Japanese Pan Noodles and it was so dry. Disappointing especially after waiting 15 minutes. Prices are affordable tho. Kids meals are average.

I got the chicken Parmesan and I should’ve listened to the reviews here about the pasta being undercooked. It was hard.
Chicken noodle soup was filled with seasoning and made it distasteful. Macaroni was okay.

So this is my first time here. I ask the cashier what did she recommend. She said Penne rosa (shrimp)with extra sauce. So I ordered that. Had a small problem there was only four shrimp in it. However the cashier took care of me and was happy to fix the problem fir. Her customer service skills was amazing. Please talk with your cook. Thank you Kiandra for fixing the problem. Will come back.
