This place is amazing. I wish we lived closer. Every time we pass through here we stop especially for the tacos! They are huge and the rice is amazing. The staff is always friendly and you are made to feel like friends here. We can’t say enough good things about this place.

We love Mexican food! Coming from California it has been hard to find Mexican we really like. This was the best we have found so far. Excellent food, great Margarita, the Georgia Peach was delicious. Ice cream machine for everyone, even a door for the kids to go through. Excellent place to eat.

I had a first time seen menu item. I absolutely LOVE crawfish, but I have never seen Crawfish Enchiladas on any menu anywhere. It was a WONDERFUL dish. SCRUMPTIOUS!!! I’d definitely order it again! YUM!!!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since it opened, and the food is usually amazing. I often bring new people with me because I’ve always bragged about how good it is. But this time was a little disappointing.
We came in around supper time, and unfortunately, the food tasted like it was leftover from lunch … not fresh like it normally is. The service was great (the staff was kind and attentive), but the restrooms were not in good shape. I understand it was right before the dinner rush, but you’d think everything would be restocked and cleaned before the evening crowd arrived.
I still love this place and hope this was just an off day, because it’s usually one of my favorites.

This is a great stop in Lufkin. The restaurant was packed but the service was great, the Tex-Mex was on point and we were in & out quickly. The Acapulco dip was delish tonight too! We love stopping here when we pass through the area. Highly recommend!

The complementary salsas are amazing definitely ask for those! The house salsa has so much flavor. The roasted salsa is amazing. We ordered the cancun and the three amigos and was not disappointed. If you are looking for a great tex mex Mexican restaurant and in the area definitely check them out! The georgia peach margarita is off the charts as well!

The food was delicious. I love the different Salas options they have for you to choose from to go with your chips. The gift shop has several authentic items and they have a variety of piñatas. They also have a train outside for the kids to ride at a low cost. I recommend this restaurant.

I’ve passed by this place many times over the years but never stopped. The chips were fine but the salsa was pretty plain with no defining characteristics. At the waitress’ recommendation, I ordered the lunch fajitas. They were ok, but once again failed to impress. The melted butter was a nice touch though. The option to hit the ice cream machine on the way out is definitely a plus!
This is perfectly average Mexican food in a very nice building. Nothing about the food delights the taste buds begging you for more. Next time I’m rolling through, I’ll probably just roll on past.

We enjoyed lunch here at a reasonable price. However, the food was very salty. We enjoyed the brisket tacos, but the rice was not that great and the chips were almost too salty to eat.
The waiters were very attentive and it was a nice atmosphere. The food arrived quickly and the beer was served with a salted rim, which was also nice.

Jafrina was our waitress. She covered our table of 20 +a baby very well. The balloon maker was very entertaining. The fresh tortillas were delicious. The ice cream was refreshing. The chips and salsa was delicious. I have no complaints.
