Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for drinks with a friend. Seeing as I was hungry, I decided to ask the waitress what was good on the menu. She suggested the blackened pasta stating it was her favorite. I am an Alfredo girl at heart so I opted for the pasta. I also added bacon because let’s just be honest bacon makes everything better. Let me tell you this dish was amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10 the spice level was about at 6. While I do not enjoy spicy food, I very much enjoyed this pasta. The chicken was so tender. The flavors complimented each other nicely. I also opted for the sweet and spicy shrimp. This is definitely their play on bang bang shrimp. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and lightly coated with the sauce. If you’re ever uptown and looking for a quick bite at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend stopping in for food and drinks.

Went with friends on a night out after attending an event uptown. No wait to be seated and the food came fast and hot. The waiter was great and recommended the shrimp tacos over another dish I was thinking about. It was my 1st time back in over a year so I was pleased.

I’ve been once and will definitely go back because the good was really really good. Everything we got was really good. I got the chicken Caesar wrap with Mac and cheese and it was delicious. The chicken sandwich and burger looked fire the only thing that needs work is the service. It was cool, we were at the bar but the bartender kept leaving and it took forever to order but once I got my food, I was happy!

I visit Ink N Ivy pretty often because the food is consistently good, and the atmosphere never disappoints. On my latest visit, I ordered the fish sandwich and the spinach artichoke dip—both were really good. The fish sandwich was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the dip was creamy with just the right amount of kick.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to bring back the fries they used to serve. The old ones were crispier and had a better texture, but overall, everything was still very good. Ink N Ivy continues to be one of my go-to spots in Uptown Charlotte.

I came here last night with a few friends after a concert. We had the sweetest server named ashley. She helped us with our food. Everything was delicious… Unfortunately i do have food poisoning some how. We were there before their kitchen closed and they did bring out old cold fries to us but im not sure if the rest of our food was old aswell. I am in bad pain and i am very disappointed.

Ink & Ivy is a pretty cool restaurant. The service was great and fast. The atmosphere is super beautiful and unique. Definitely a place with personality. There are so many photo worthy spots if you love taking pictures. My food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Cajun Cream Pasta, featuring linguine tossed with tri-colored peppers, sautéed onions, and a rich Cajun cream sauce, served with warm, buttery garlic bread. Everything was flavorful and satisfying.

The service was amazing and my server was very attentive. Sadly didn’t get his name. The place has a calm, warm, welcoming energy about it. Especially with that lighting! The food was AMAZING and I paid $38 for this whole meal, which is decent to me. They also we’re playing the football game for tonight so , how fun! I recommend coming here for a date night, a birthday dinner, a celebration, and a fancy night out!

Had the sweet and spicy shrimp. It was alright but seemed a little bland based on the description and overcooked. Got some wings with BBQ sauce. Should have got buffalo sauce. Good size wings and freshly cooked. Lastly, some brussle sprouts which seemed to have the same sauce as the shrimp. Nicely cooked and not burnt to a crisp. I would eat there again based on the dishes I had. I just wouldn’t get the shrimp again.
