My wife and I came to all you can eat.
We both ordered from the menu and I ordered a cocktail .
The cocktail was so watered down it was like milk water.
The appetizers weren’t bad but the sushi single pieces tasted old and the eel (unagi) still had bones in them which impaled my gums.
Each sushi roll tasted plain bad.
The pineapple fried rice had such a bad flavor due to acidity from the canned pineapple.
The lo mein was so oily and tasted like the cook had a heavy hand of celery powder..

Our served was amazing! That’s the 4 star on service but the point off from service was because the man taking our plates was huffing and puffing every time he came back to pick them up with semi attitude.

With old sushi and a small bit of attitude, I don’t think the bill was worth $110
Definitely won’t be back.

I had such an amazing experience at Umami Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. But what really made the night unforgettable was our server, Coral. She was so attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. Her recommendations were spot-on and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Coral, for making our visit so special! I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

We came here on recommendation of our Airbnb host and.. WOW! So pleasantly surprised! This didn’t even hold a candle to any all you can eat sushi restaurant at home.

1. Atmosphere: There IS one. Lively, vibey, friendly – NOT RUSHED. Great bar as well.

2. Food: No cutting corners. Great portions, fresh fish, beautiful presentation.

3. Service: TEN star!!! Alejandro, our server, made the whole experience delightful and FUN. We also met Alex who was so welcoming and attentive. Thank you both!

Don’t sleep on this restaurant if in the area- worth the drive!

Great experience at Umami! Everyone was highly satisfied with each meal ordered, all super fresh, and tasty. Our server was consistently cleaning our table and checking our drinks. Umami was able to seat and serve a large party, with only an hours notice. They did so excellently. We will return! There was about an 30 minute delay to get dessert, and another 30 minute delay for the bill. But it was a busy Friday night, and we were not a small party, so it was not handled poorly. We did have three different tabs, the wrong items were on the wrong bills but the tabs were close so we also did not complain. You should definitely try this restaurant over the competition across the street!

Best Sushi on the west coast of FL, and it’s unlimited. It’s fast, tastes great, and they always have great plating.

Also get pepper tuna, it’s the best thing on the menu.

Can’t tell you what the food tasted like, but the service was not friendly or welcoming. We showed up at 9:30pm and I guess they couldn’t accommodate us. The guy behind the cash register seemed bothered, so we happily went across the street to glory days grill where they happily welcomed us and the food was good.

Did not get a hibachi table. Sat outside. It was comfortable. The sushi was good but no better than elsewhere. The server was clueless. I ordered 2 rolls, and when ordering the 3rd, he said he already got that roll… he could not correctly break down the 2 separate checks, despite the 2 parties sitting in their own groups. While it was an overall decent meal, we will probably not return due to the lack of experience, premium price tag, and sub-par server.

Honestly everything is great about this place, I’ve left a review previously after my first experience. But every time I’ve come here, at least 5 times now, the white, female hostess has the worst attitude and worst service. When walking into an establishment the first person sets the tone for the experience. Having her at the front door is a very poor decision in my opinion due to her lack of effort. Her employment should seriously considered.

EDIT –
Austin was our server tonight and completely turned our experience around. He was on top of everything with a great attitude while being absolutely slammed the entire time. He seriously made our experience so much better and we’re very grateful for that.
