WHEN A MANAGER comes and trys to tell you the reason your ribs are mushy and bones are shattered is cause of where the ribs come from on the cow lol you know your in a bad restaurant. Sad felt bad for staff that agreed with us that it was uncalled for statement. Think they need new cook and manager ate the fries

Kathy G is one of the best employees you have there, she goes beyond for not only her customers but all customers. Alway greeting us with warmth and a great smile. Makes us feel welcome as family would. Passion about her work for sure, you guys have a great worker there and the reason why we would come back just to see her, made sure to tell my friends and family about her just to make sure they have an amazing time just as I do with my boyfriend on our visits. This particular Applebee’s restaurant is located on County Line road in Spring Hill in Hernando County .
I prefer this one because to me it is better staffed and the food always looks amazing and the food is prepared with such care and looks like it needs to be in a magazine somewhere.
I had stopped in there at their lunch hour and got their 10.99 burger and fries W/ drink special ..
This burger did NOT disappoint me . It was cooked the way I wanted and they loaded it up with fresh lettuce , tomato , pickle and onion . I asked for extra mayo on the side . Their fries were perfectly fried with soft insides and crunchy on the outside perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper . It was an amazing meal.

You CANNOT go to any of the fast food chains and get the price, service and qauntity of food that I got here at Applebee’s . Hands down one of the best burgers I ‘ve ever had , exceptional service and cozy beautiful atmosphere. Please go to this particular one .

As typical a little loud. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. Husband loved the oriental salad I tried the chicken and bacon. Served on cast iron platter, Not a fan. The food was actually ok but I probably wouldn’t order again.

So I am here again and I would like to point out that because they are not busy this woman was cleaning like crazy. Made me very comfortable sitting down cause I Know its clean. The bar was full but she was free and instead of hanging out she got to it. She was cleaning the chairs the legs of the tables and chairs. Made me love this place a little more. Also my server was amazing and the food was perfect!! Steak was cooked to perfection!! Today is January 29, 2026 its 5:30 and I am leaving a very satisfied customer. Oh the tipsy cupid was delicious thanks everyone!!

I just came in town and went to Applebee’s for dinner with my sister. We had a nice time, and 80s trivia was going on. The host caught us walking in the door to play.
We played two rounds and had fun while we ate.
The food was decent salmon was a tad bit dry and the garlic mashed potatoes needed some butter, salt and could’ve been a little hot, instead of luke warm. Broccoli was good. My sister said her food was pretty good.
The drinks, service, and entertainment were great.

It was a horrible 60th birthday dinner.
I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp. The taste was horrible. I sent it back.
I got the blackened salmon which was better but the broccoli was mush.
We get the bill, the table next to us was added to ours.

First time coming here, Me and friend wanted to just sit down and have a good meal and unwind after they got out of tampa geneal so I figure apple bees was a safe bet ( I was so wrong).
First off the table we where seated at had not been wiped down properly and where sticky, plus there was crumbs on the seat.
The restaurant wasnt even packed and it took us 30 min to have anyone come to our table to take our order.
The waitress was sweet but we had to send our order back twice, the first time my burger was complely raw in the middle (asked for well done). Second time they sent it out it looked like they just gave me the same peice just recooked to the point it was rubber and the plate had residue from previous meals it seemed .
Side note The mens restroom looked abysmal and un kempt reeked of urine and the urinal looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, the urinal cakes looked wayyy past their prime like ancient and were covered in pubic hair and tobacco, the porcelain had stains from previous patrons which was disgusting.
Since we had to send our food back twice we asked to speak to the manager and the manager brian who was clearly inebreated (we could smell the booze and could hear it in his voice) before we could fully explain what was wrong he just started cussing us out ( maybe he thought we where just trying to get a free meal?)
Still trying to wrap my head around it this guy is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about the customers.

Busy but had a table immediately. Quick service. Good food. Check out the daily specials. Look for the margarita special. Nice variety of options at multiple price points, salads, sandwiches, full entrees, all you can eat wings. Full bar. Lots of sports TVs going and a little loud. Fast service. Good food. Great stop for us. Server experience varies.
