I’m an Italian girl and I had the opportunity to try this Pizza Hut location in Kanab on August 22, 2025. My family and I were so happy with our experience that even today, months later, we fondly remember the excellent service and delicious pizza. We were assisted by Trevor, an excellent employee, who was very patient and helped us with the language and pizza selection. I thank all the employees and Pizza Hut for this experience. Bryan the older gentleman that took my order is a sweet old man. The food on the other hand was absolutely not good whatsoever. I walked 150ft to pizza hut from my Hotel. I waited for my order so it should’ve been scalding hot when I returned to my room. It was almost at room temp. Bread sticks were OK.

I picked up a pizza from this Pizza Hut location and was extremely disappointed. We were the only customers there, it was not busy. When we didn’t leave a tip — which, by the way, isn’t typically expected for carryout — things seemed to shift. When we got home, we found the pizza crusts were completely hollow, dry, and inedible. It looked like they were either poorly made or intentionally ruined. Given the strange vibe and how bad the pizza turned out, I honestly worry this was done on purpose, which is very concerning. I will not be ordering from this location again.
Pizza Hut is a huge name — this should never happen. There’s no excuse for serving food in this condition, and the fact that the situation feels retaliatory only makes it worse. If tipping on a carryout order determines how customers are treated, that’s a serious issue that needs to be addressed at the management level.

The tavern pizza was just a thin and crispy and nothing like what a Chicago pizza is like. The cookie was hard as a rock and not enjoyable at all. I don’t know if it is all pizza huts but the quality has gone way downhill. Also the corporate greed is crazy after ordering and paying online they want another dollar for red pepper flakes.
I am really upset I wasted over $50 here!

My family and I love pizza hut. Usually order food from there every couple of weeks. This is the first time in a long time that the pizza was bad. The saddest looking pizza I have possibly ever seen. The rest of my order was delicious, I’d rate it a 5, but that pizza was no better than a 1.

The food was good, tasted like typical Pizza Hut food. The service was nice. The problem I have is that the menu was just on a worn out piece of paper. You had to scan a QR code to find the prices. But inside the building the internet doesn’t work very good and it was difficult to locate prices. In this day and age they should just have monitors with the price on it so you know what your meal is going to cost you. This is very very inconvenient.

Didn’t see some of the issues others had. The pizza came out fast, it was hot.
Pros – reasonable price, pizza was hot, food came out fast
Cons – Bathroom was gross, legit they try to charge you to use the shakers of cheese and hot pepper (come on now), they gave us dirty paper menus with no prices, dated dining room with flies zooming around

Ordered the meal for 1 for pickup. Food was cooked well and quick. The guy who was working the store with one other person (the delivery guy), was super cool and nice. Not sure why the rating is so low.

Best pizza from Pizza Hut sence the 1980s. Was able to sit down and eat it it out of the pan. If there was a sit down Pizza Hut that served a good pizza like the one I had I would eat there all the time.
