This store is HORRIBLE! I ordered a build your own, up to 5 toppings, pizza delivery through the Papa app. The shape of the pizza was distorted and all of the toppings slid completely off half of the pizza. It was undercooked. I tried to stop the delivery driver but couldn’t find him when I went outside so I called the store and told them I wanted my pizza remade and delivered. He said no problem, it’d take about 25 minutes for me to get it. I waited an entire hour and finally called the manager back and asked where my order was. It was a different manager then I spoke with previously. He claimed that the door dash driver stole my pizza and that it happens all the time but he’d go ahead and remake it again and have it delivered. I said that I just wanted a refund at this point cuz it’d already been 2 hours since I initially made the order. He then said that he’s not authorized to refund me and that I’d have to contact customer service to be refunded. Didn’t sound right or reasonable so I asked for the first managers name. He refused to give me his name and said that he’d take responsibility for it and that his name is Aric Shrey (his spelling) I again asked for the original managers name who first said that he would remake my order and send it to me. He kept refusing and said that I should get my money back, but I have to contact customer service because he’s not authorized to refund. So, I called customer service and they said the store has to refund me, not them. All they can do is call the store with my complaint and try to get them to refund my money. Customer service then called the store and talked with “Aric” and he denied my request for refund. It wasn’t a request!!! Now, upper management is supposed to call me back within 48 hours. So, awful service, the managers and employees are thieves and liars, and I’m still hungry, cuz they stole the last $35 to my name. Be forwarned.

I’ve been going to this location occasionally for years. It’s normally been pretty good. TODAY…absolutely NOT! If I’m going to tip 20%, at least make sure my pizzas aren’t disfigured as shown in these pics, there were a few other slices like this but didn’t get pics. It isn’t too bad but come on, and I tipped beforehand so I know they saw it. Apparently tips don’t mean anything to them. Not to mention, nickel and diming me for a few extra sauces. Other pizza restaurants don’t pull that on me. The 3 1/2 star overall rating of this location should tell you all you need to know. As well as other reviews. I drive past 3 other pizza restaurants just to go here, but not anymore. They aren’t the worst and they weren’t really rude except except female manager to her own male employees. But you can be sure to have experiences like this with enough visits. Disappointing. Not going back.

The worst.. And after the problem was taken care of it happened again… The service is horrible as well…. the young lady working was very rude so I walked across the park lot to Pizza Hut….she (Papa employee) ask …kmsl… What I wanted ..not hey …how are you?nothing…Pizza, wings etc. Was why we were there..I was a bother and pizza hut had no problem taking or waiting for me to order nor taking my money

I received the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten from Papa John’s. I will never order from them again. Frozen. Pizza is better. $35 for two large one topping horrible Pizzas is ridiculous. On top of that, when the driver got here she tossed my food several feet onto the porch! I couldn’t believe what I saw. I could have gotten some premium frozen pizza for way less than that. Note to self…

Typically this store does a great job and I wouldn’t have any complaints, but today was terrible. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and waited a little over an hour for my order to be delivered. Just to turn around and have the wrong pizza delivered to me. They delivered a Hawaiian pizza instead. Called the store to let them know the wrong pizza was delivered to me and they said they would remake my order and have it delivered to me. Two hours later and the pepperoni pizza was finally delivered to me but was completely cold and barely had any extra cheese on it. I literally live 5 minutes away from the store and waited almost 3 hours for 1 medium pizza. Im highly disappointed!

They made a mistake & gave us 4 cheese pizzas, when 2 were suppose to be pepperoni & forgot receipt, but I drove up and Audra made it right by giving me two free pepperonies & reciept! 🙂 I get plenty of pizza from here & am glad for the good customer service.
