If happiness had a flavor, it would taste exactly like Olive Garden’s breadsticks! Every visit here feels like a warm Italian hug — the staff are always friendly, the food comes out hot and delicious, and the endless salad bowl should honestly be declared a national treasure.
I stopped by recently and left with both a full belly and a happy heart. The service team deserves a standing ovation — friendly smiles, fast service, and that perfect “welcome back” energy that makes you feel like family. I’m already planning to go back next week (because self-control doesn’t exist when there’s Alfredo sauce involved ).

MOLDY BREAD‼️ absolute worst experience I’ve had in my entire 20+ years going to Olive Garden. Husband and I just moved to NC and wanted a nice meal at Olive Garden and it was indeed nothing but a disappointment. Service was terrible took 15 min to get salad and breadsticks. The server took forever to get us what we asked for we had to ask multiple times for it to even get to the table. Food was TERRIBLE! The breadsticks were MOLDED. And just flat out disgusting to eat. I ask the server for fresh and she gives us moldy bread. The manager didn’t do anything but offer us a free Alfredo sauce and say “I’m sorry for trying to poison you” what kind of service is that very dissatisfied with this experience never going here again and DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!!

Ordered grilled salmon with Alfredo noodles was only a $3.79 uncharge! Then we also got lasagna fritters and fried shrimp/peppers. Everything was hot, flavorful, and the service was top-notch!! Restaurant was very busy for prom, but we still got our food out pretty fast.

Sean went above and beyond for out table of 5 (3 of which were 4 years and under ). When my steak came back well done, he took it back for me and got me what I asked for. My husband’s drink was always refilled quickly which is a big selling point for him.

Wow, is what I need to say! I had the pleasure of going out to dinner with two of my good friends after our church service. We were fed the spiritual food which was an awesome word of God. Then we went to eat at Olive Garden in Jacksonville. The food was hot, fresh & very tasty & appetizing. Our waiter Elaine was awesome! Great atmosphere, very relaxing. Kudos to Olive Garden, keep up the great job. Looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

This was an absolute pleasure. We came in a little less than an hour before close which I felt bad about, but Haley, our server made us feel completely at home and taken care of. Haley was genuinely one of the best servers I have EVER had (and I am a server/ bartender!) she was super attentive, friendly, generous, and absolutely on top of EVERYTHING. Predicted our needs before we even knew we needed them and recommended the best options for us. Above and beyond service, thank you!

It was kinda long wait at that time, but I don’t know if it usually is like that because it was our first and I think our last. We’re having a family celebration and wanted to enjoy some pasta meals and garlic bread, which are our household’s fave. When the food was finally served, we were not very impressed because they looked like heated up in the microwave and was far from how pastas were prepared in other restaurants. We love garlic bread, but this time, we didn’t enjoy it much because they were very salty. However, the staff tried to be friendly and accommodating, but it’s just not satisfying. Good thing we’re hungry that day.
