If i could give a zero i would. I have been going to this Hardee’s for years, in the past 2 months it has went way down hill. We get Breakfast every Saturday and Bring home, but recently every time we go, they forget something, and the biscuits are so hard i can knock on the door with them and not a crumb falls off. It’s ridiculous. And before someone comes ar me saying take it back, no one wants to get home and go back first of all. Second it should be go quality food that you get every time. And most of the time they don’t give the receipt! Lesson learned! Hardee’s in China Grove you suck, to you lost my money! You suck! Lucky i don’t put a bunch of cuss words on here, that’s how pissed i am!

The staff here were great and very professional. The restaurant was very clean and the manager was very Hands-On helping me get In-N-Out in no time. I highly recommend the ham breaded chicken and biscuit to get your morning started.

Only writing this because they didnt stand on there word. They messed my order up yesterday and was supposed to replace entire order. When I came to get it the next day they only replace the to chilli dogs. No need in arguing. Want be back!!!

I came into your store November 14th with my small grandchild I came in I stood and waited I know more than 10 minutes before I seen anyone approach me. A lady come from the bathroom I apologizing and cursing and saying some pretty hard words in front of my grandchild stating that all of her help did not show up that they had drug issues and it was just her and she could not do everything that we serve because she had no help. Upon looking at her she had a white powderly substance in her nose it was obvious that you could tell she was under the influence of some kind of drug. As her language got worse and my grandchild standing next to me I made a decision to walk out I just want to bring to your attention that there’s some serious drug activity going on on Miranda’s shift she did let provide her name to me and I am letting you know what I encountered with my grandchild and that is not the kind of environment that I want to bring myself or my grandbabies into I hope someone looks into this as soon as possible thank you Betty

My family and I stopped in at 7pm on a Tuesday evening and were not allowed inside. The manger on duty (Brian) told me that the dining room was closed because an employee had to leave at 8pm so they didn’t want the dinning room to get dirty. So we left and eat at Gary’s BBQ across the street.

We normally get chicken tenders and chilly dogs and hamburgers. the chicken tender is so good the best I ever tasted any where else, hamburgers is okay but we ordered extra chilly sauce and I add to my burger which make it better ..yum chilly dog is good as well and they have good milk shakes. service is fast and friendly workers, food always hot
