This place is a disaster. No counter staff to take an order. You must use one of the two kiosks to enter your order or order on the App. The kiosk at the main counter doesn’t have a scanner so you can’t scan in a digital coupon. I don’t want to work for Wendy’s!
The burgers were tasteless as were the fries. The chilli was good. The ketchup dispenser was broken. Just packets available.
2 burger combo’s and a chili were $32.02. Ridiculous. Never again.
New and very clean. Counter staff attentive. Disclaimer: I haven’t been to a Wendy’s since Dave Thomas died.
The store is set up primarily for app orders with multiple parking spots for pickup and inside it has cubbies for app pickup of your cold food.
The burgers were beyond disappointing. Flat wad of meat and flat bun with pink goo oozing out the sides. Not appealing at all. Tasted as bad as it looked. The chilli was mostly beans in a thin liquid with a corn starch taste. Occasional pieces of meat were the consistency of rubber bands and had to be spit out. The only thing that saved the chilli was adding two packs of hot sauce. The fries were limp and tasteless. The two meals were $27.30. I could have gotten two premium Angus half pound burgers cooked to order with tots at Firebird’s for that. Scratch Wendy’s off the list.
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don’t get to pick one. No we don’t care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

I have been to this location many times and the staff has always been friendly and personable. However this past visit on 12/1/25 let’s just say the only colorful thing about the staff that waited on us was her multi tone hair. She just slammed out during inks on counter as we were dining in did not expect her to fill them. After getting food tanked her and said have a good evening and …….crickets. One day of the trash receptacles was blocked off with trays as so you wouldn’t use them.

I love when I visit a Wendy’s that makes food right and my visit here on a weeknight was great! I simply ordered a single with cheese and large fries and both were great! The burger was fresh, hot, and very flavorful! The fries were hot and fresh.
Service was decent… Food came up quickly even though they were busy when I went. I’ll definitely return!

The staff is nice, but ive had more than one issue here that shouldn’t happen.. simple things in most cases.. but for what it costs it shouldn’t happen.. today was the last straw for me.. ive sent food back for them to take the same meat and take things off they were not supposed to come with to have it sent back.. aka health violations and so many other things.. Ive had things missing ive paid for.. and then today.. baconator with barely any bacon, my chicken sandwich with all the things I didn’t want on it.. and the kicker.. they gave me a fork to eat my chili with.. day shift btw.. this wasn’t night shift.. for nearly 25 bucks they could of at least gave me all my bacon and made my chicken the way I requested. Check everything before you leave.

Came in for a quick to go stop back to our hometown when a couple of my family members was told to please not eat in the dining room. As there were other patrons that were eating in the dining room and was not refuse service. We came in with no problem, ordered our food and was just looking to leave. The employee Elio Needs to be properly trained on not showing discrimination towards certain groups. I work in the industry, and I know that cleaning tables is a part of the job just as well as having to continuously reset them after you have clean them. No excuse. Would not recommend any of my people to be Serviced there. The manager should have pulled her employee to the back and had a conversation with him immediately. Instead of Quietly apologizing to me.

Much better Wendy’s than the one on Garrisonville. They usually get our order right and the employees are friendly and competent at their jobs. The saucy nuggets are pretty good – almost at the same level as BWW.

Always clean and the employees don’t seem to hate their lives there. They’re all nice every time we go in. The burgers are fresh.. not hard on the edges like other Wendy’s we’ve been to.
