We put in the hours – slow-smoked every cut,
scratch baked every biscuit, and hand made
every pie. It ain’t just about keeping the
tradition of slow-cooked, country-style fare
alive; it’s about celebrating the craft, the
warmth of a familiar face, and the timeless
flavors that connect us to the heart of
Jackson Hole. For nearly four decades, we’ve
gathered ‘round the promise of good food in
good company — we’d like to extend that
promise to you. Make yourself at home.
Specialty barbecue dishes & homemade pies draw a crowd at this old-school joint with booth seating.

The eatery that really hits the spot in my visit to Jackson. It is a delightful experience from our first bite to our last.
We started with a rich and umami burnt ends queso nachos which really whetted our appetite.
The barbecue is just amazing. The pulled pork with tangy sauce, the melt-in-your-mouth briskets, and the succulent rack of ribs, all of them were cooked to perfection.
The sides all complemented the barbecued meats neatly. must orders are their baked beans, mac and cheese, broccoli salad.
I asked for recommendation for something sweet and the server gave me one of my favourite shakes ever – the huckleberry shake in this place is just a brilliant mix of tangy berries and a sweet and creamy but subtle base.
Do not miss this if you ever visit Jackson.

We’re visiting from Atlanta, GA. We stopped in on our way back to Cowboy Village after a day of riding in Grand Teton Park. For appetizer, we had burnt ends queso dip w/chips. The burnt ends weren’t just on top of the queso, they were all through it! I picked several of the ends out and just ate with a fork❤️ For our meals, I had ribs, fries (really, really good) broccoli salad and my hubs had pulled pork w/slaw and beans. The food is amazing and the ribs, make you wanna slap ya mama, they’re so good! The meat fell off the bones We ended with a chocolate shake and buttermilk pie, both were really good and hit that sweet tooth just right! When we come back to the area, we will def be back!

I love everything here at Bubba’s Breakfast and BBQ! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the smoked chicken and St. Louis ribs, and I really liked that the meat wasn’t soaked in sauce, just the perfect amount for me. The fries were really good, and so was the Texas toast.
The ambience was wonderful, especially how they arranged the firewood. It added so much character to the place. The server was nice and welcoming. Honestly, this is the best meal we’ve had since we left Billings, MT.
This restaurant is wheelchair accessible, kid-friendly, has parking available, and they serve food quick so you don’t have to wait a long time. I highly recommend this place when you’re visiting Jackson Hole and if you love smoked food. You won’t be disappointed!

We came here for breakfast and overall it was pretty average. The highlights were the Banana Bread French Toast and the Biscuits & Gravy—both were very good. Unfortunately, the Two Egg Breakfast was just okay and came with burnt toast, while the Breakfast Tacos were underwhelming.
Service was also disappointing. Our server took our order, and 30 minutes later told us it had never gone through due to a “technology error.” After another 10 minutes, our food finally arrived. Considering the long wait and the mistake, I would have expected at least a small discount or a comped item, but nothing was offered.

I enjoyed the brisket sandwich and BBQ beans today. The brisket was good, but it was definitely better with some sauce added. Portion size was appropriate. Prices were on the high side, but on par with comparable food elsewhere in Jackson. It was kind of noisy and hard to converse, mostly due to a group with lots of young children.

They told me that their beef brisket was smoked for 2 days, let me tell you that it was legitimately so tender. I also had pull pork & fries fried in beef tallow Mac & cheese was also very flovorful with perfect amount of seasoning. 40+ years in business has definitely earned my utmost compliment!

We stopped for breakfast on our last morning before heading out. We were totally pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The food was enough you could share a plate. Keely and Brenda both were very friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. Great place!

Service was slow, food was ok, we ate breakfast here. Also I noticed that they did not have paper towels on the tables. I have been to BBQ places all around the US and all the great BBQ places all have paper towels right on the tables for the juicy goodness. I didn’t have BBQ, but that was an observation.

Food (4/5): We ordered food for a family of four. Our child ordered the kids Mac-n-cheese and French fries and liked it a lot. The three adults ordered two meat platter with two sides. We each got some same and some different meats and sides. Overall I loved the ribs, they were tender and well seasoned. We also really liked the baked potato and potato salad sides. We found the pulled pork very flavorful but a bit too much fat mixed in. We also wish they had a few different BBQ sauces to try sitting at the tables.
Service (4/5): Our waiter was friendly but didn’t check on us much and got one of our orders incorrect. We could have used an extra small plate to put the ribs on once they were eaten. We could have also used some wet wipes at the table for our fingers after eating the ribs.
Atmosphere (4/5): The restaurant feels authentically western and have the decor to match.

Came here after I did the Paintbrush Canyon Loop trail at Grand Teton. In other words, I was famished.
I got the half pound beef brisket with sides of broccoli salad and sweet potato. I relished every single bite of the food and I felt pretty full after fishing it.
