We had an excellent dining experience at IHOP! The steak with green beans and fries was an awesome choice—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Tomato Basil soup was rich and delicious, complementing the meal wonderfully. Everything was made to perfection—kudos to the chef!
Our waitress, Melissa, was fantastic. She served us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service all around! I highly recommend this location for a great meal and friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

Idk what last nights staff was on BUT GYADAMN! My lady and I ordered the sirloin tips and the big omelette (same thing just wrapped in an omelette) and the cook last night was 11/10 man the steak was tender and the the pancakes were immaculately crafted. (We were 100% sober so please take this review seriously lol) thank you to our waiter for letting us move to another table I know it’s annoying but we just didn’t want to bother the other patrons with our humor/noise level. Thank you guys for making our last minute New Year’s Day dinner a great experience

After attending the viewing of the passing of an old friend, my wife and I went out for dinner. Because breakfast for any meal is awesome and she and I had been talking extensively about the waffle House, she had hankering for breakfast food. And when it’s into the evening, what better place, then again there aren’t many options, would there be then the International House Of Pancakes. This IHOP was very close to funeral home which made it convenient as a choice, and we were concerned that it would be very busy and it would be a wait when we decided to go. This is the case with the IHOP that is near our home which seems to always have a line out the door no matter the time of day or night. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that there was no line at all, there wasn’t even a reception. This there to greet us to see this immediately, but this wasn’t a problem as we were just patient and waited for someone to arrive. When we were seated and looked around, we noticed that the decor for IHOP had changed since we had been there last. Not this one in particular, but IHOP as a restaurant. Admittedly, the new design looked quite modern and nice and comfortable. I like it. My wife ordered a breakfast burrito and I ordered the Colorado omelette, which is basically an omelette with as much meat as you can get on it. Same thing I always order. It also came with three buttermilk pancakes, which I really wanted to have because although I make what I think are pretty good pancakes at home utilizing the Krustiez pancake mix, I’ve always believed that IHOP had the best pancakes and that my “homemade” pancakes could never compare. When they brought the food out, I always seem to have forgotten how big their omelets are. They are massive, and could easily feed two people. I was only able to eat half especially if I wanted to stomach some pancakes as well. The Colorado omelette was as good as it always is. But when it came to the pancakes it came in a stack of three and I gave my wife one. She was one who’s hankering for waffles or something of the like, but after taking a few bites of this she handed the pancake back to me and said she was good. And I asked her if it was good and she simply replied that maybe she isn’t a pancake person. So I happily finished off the one that she didn’t eat, however, I don’t know if my memory is betraying me, but the pancake was not as good as my memory had told me. Granted I am a bit older now and I don’t know when. The last time I went to IHOP was, but I do recall that it was during a time where I was making the same pancakes at home. Either my taste buds have changed, the recipe has changed, or it was an off night for IHOP. My tasting left me feeling as though it tasted not much different than the ones I made at home. As a result, it was nothing special and I am not sure what to think about IHOP’s pancakes moving forward unless I try another set again and have a different experience. Now, I don’t want this to necessarily sour anybody else’s opinion of IHOP. They have been around for a long time and unless others feel the way I do, I don’t think that the quality or the flavor of their food has necessarily diminished. However, this does make me feel pensive if I were to ever consider going to IHOP for pancakes again. Omelettes, the same as ever were. Pancakes…? Only a few more sittings will tell.

I love their pancakes, we took strawberry and banana stack with side of hash browns. So filling and tasty. I’m never disappointed here and one good thing is their timing , they are open in early hours which is great.
Would definitely visit again.

This is a disappointing IHOP. The service was uncaring and mediocre and the overall place was not very clean.
I have visited numerous IHOPs and this one seemed to be the worst. The employees are not motivated and the facilities are lacking in cleanliness and maintenance.
If the restrooms are this dirty I fear how the kitchen must be?

Went there for brunch and order their food. Their meal deal is definitely a great option but sides are expensive. 2 sausage link side for almost $5. Service is ok and but not the best. When you need help other servers tend to avoid eye contact with you so they don’t have to help you. 🙁

Our first visit to IHOP with kids. Though the food was okay, we would have preferred maple syrup for pancakes and waffles. Omelettes are okay. The best part of the food was hash browns! Seemed very expensive for the quality.

So slow service. I hope they can accelerate and serve people faster. The manager last time was rude. They messed up our order. Also when they done with our order – eggs were cold. Who can eat them. Anyways the price is not that convinrent. Taste is good when it is warm. The test in this specific location is low … I hope they correct things soon and treat customers better. Also when calling people don’t care!!!!

The manager were so rude telling me it was time for us to leave home, we were just finishing our food, and haven’t yet paid for the bill, also she defamed us saying we were sitting since 7am but we arrived to the place at 9:40am and kick out around 11:05.
I have never been kicked out from a place.
