Food was great! Waitress was very polite and made sure all my food was safe for me to eat as I have Celiac and can’t have gluten. Loved that you can turn any burger into a wedge. They also had gluten free buns but I just chose to get the wedge anyways.

The chain is fun and this location has consistently good service.
However, just being honest, their food is way too bland and overpriced for their reputation. The fries are always barely better than potatoes that have been warmed and have that much flavor. The burgers are okay, but not worth talking about.

The food was good but for 2 adults and 2 teenagers would rather spend the money at a non fast food style restaurant. But of you have kids the endless sides works great. We like the fries and all the food was good.

I don’t understand why a restaurant would advertise that you get free refills on your sides and then make you wait 15 minutes after asking for more. I understand the kitchen has to go through other people’s orders, but my burger was cold by the time my extra sides came out.
I paid extra for the garlic fries, then asked for more. My waiter forgot about my order and then actually put it in, but he put in regular fries so I had to wait even longer for the fries I paid extra for. He avoided our table for a good 10 minutes until they were finally done. My burger was cold and I was not happy.

We had a very pleasant lunch here. One of the great things about Red Robin is consistency. Good burgers and fries and a good selection on the menu.

We got the salsa and guac app. The salsa was smokey with no spice and the guac was just salty. My wife ordered a cheeseburger no mayo, bun not toasted with a children’s patty and bottomless fries. Her meal came out correctly. I ordered the Smashed avocado n’ bacon with no mayo, add pickles and grilled onions. The burger cane out without the lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions. Our server was great and brought it back. It was brought back out correctly with an apology and a reason. They were training a new cook. I realized, then, that they had given me a children’s patty on the first burger.
All came out correctly in the end. We were sat in the bar area. It was freezing. Felt like there was a draft coming straight from the window.
We normally have no issues aside from the loud noise. It’s just how it is there. We’ll be back.

This place has amazing food. Everything was got was not only delicious but hot and fresh tasting. KY our server took great care of us. He kept out drinks filled checked often to see if we needed anything. He was very pleasant. This was our first experience at Red Robin wished you all would come to Waynesville NC.

I would like to put 0 stars but that is not an option. Horrible service. 20 minute wait when they said 5 mins because they cleaning a table off and only sat us then because we went and asked how much longer. The service was slow and and we had to ask more than once for things. Our sodas were only refilled once when another server/manager came and ask how everything was going. Our kids drinks were refilled by the bartender. Then the server told me he gave me an extra burger in my to-go order but actually charged me for it. When we asked for the manager and she came over, there was no apology. She refunded the extra burger and that was it. When she asked the server if he added an extra burger, he said yeah. Worst experience ever and I didn’t even detail everything. We will not be going back. Server was Ja’mail. He kept sitting at the table and tried to joke with us about our order but he was talking down to us. Very unprofessional.
